1. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable
2. The location is very good, there is a supermarket within 50 meters
3. There is no elevator, so it’s a bit tiring to live on the third floor.
4. Usually there are some stalls in the square, which is very lively and the room is quiet.

The location is great in the town center. It is easy to access river and castle in few minutes walking distance. The room, bed, bathroom and all accommodations were great and clean. The breakfast was very good included in the price. The staffs were very helpful with smile all the time.
For people who drive car there, you need a permission ticket (100czk) to drive into the town for loading/unloading the luggage. And it's cheaper to buy the parking ticket (200-250czk) in the hotel and park wherever they have contract with.

The hotel is in a good environment, the room is large and the garden is very rich, and the breakfast is very rich. There is free parking. It is very quiet with a small bridge across the town. thumbs up. Service is general, the overall Czech service can not be compared with the domestic. Now China's service awareness is the best.

The breakfast is perfect, the owner is super nice, and there is a yard where you can park your car. There is a small garden that is very comfortable and there is no elevator. In addition to the comfort of the quilt, the other is the hotel I am most satisfied with on this trip

I can't say much. The service was stiff or almost non-existent. It might be because it is in the scenic area of CK town. Anyway, there are a lot of guests. At least I won't go there again. As of the time I posted this comment, the hotel has not refunded the remaining deposit, which is about 70 euros. The email I sent was like a drop in the ocean. If there is an advantage, it is that the hotel is at the entrance of the scenic area and the transportation is convenient.

The location of the hotel is very good, near the big square, opposite the famous cellar restaurant, super convenient for dinner. The view from the terrace of the room to the tower is super beautiful, except that the check out time is a little earlier at 10:00, and it is still recommended in general.

The hotel is so good! It was a perfect accommodation for me who liked wood accommodation with unusual atmosphere than modern hotels
Pros
- The lobby and room are really pretty (we booked for 3 people - we were guided to two rooms on the third floor, which was like a attic in the fairy tale ... Thank you for a good room 🙇🏻♀️)
- The reception man was really friendly as rumored (the location of the hostel, the description of how to use the parking card, the recommendation of the restaurant, and the transfer of the luggage were really kind)
- Old building but clean and well maintained! Bedding, towels, toilet hygiene is ok
- Location best! (oω-)b
Cons:
- The view from the room is just normal
- Shower narrow, shower water comes out randomly... ㅠ
+ There is no bottled water in the room, so if you need it, buy it yourself!

The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel was in the core of the town. After parking the car, it was a little distance away, similar to the domestic accommodation in the ancient town. The owner is very friendly and very good experience

GGuest UserI feel that I was right in choosing this hotel. The hotel has beautiful interior decorations. The female staff that greets me on check-in date (on Sunday) is friendly and very good at recommending cafes, local restaurants and nice places. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. Located in the center of the square. The room is more spacious than expected.
There is one thing that should be improved is the wifi signal. It is not thorough and very slow.
Private parking is not free of charge. I have to pay extra to the hotel but there is a free transfer service from and to parking.
Overall, I like and recommend this hotel!!

GGuest UserThe location is way far from bus terminus. It would be better if you get off from ‘CK spicak’ station. The room is clean, comfort environment and there are lifts at the hotel😂The most creditable thing is the breadfast was so great. Have a nice day at there

The service is average, the waiters are quite satisfactory, and no one takes the initiative to help with luggage.

CChi HoWe visited Czech Republic for a road trip and came by this accommodation. The stay was pleasant. The place is clean. Location is accessible by car. There are car park slot available.
The only issue we had was the check-in process. We made a booking for Sunday. We have stated our check-in time, but no one was at office. There was a number to call but unfortunately we didn't have a local phone number to call. We contacted *********** to contact the host and was told the pin to open the keybox to obtain the key for the accommodation. I feel the check-in process can be clearer and the keybox pin can be given to us earlier.

LLauAlthough we arrive after 6pm, we can collect our keys in the mailbox and self check-in. It is very convenient for us. The place is very clean and comfortable for no matter friends or couple to stay. The staffs are very nice and willing to help if needed. Highly recommend it!

However, the roads outside are better than those in the inner city and are easier to push suitcases around.

AAisoWhen stepping up the spiral stairs, we immediately loved the apartment. It’s well designed and decorated. Every spot looks so thoughtful.
The room is beautiful. Spacial, super clean, nice furniture, kitchen facilities… Looking out from the window, fantastic view!
Sorry I should mention at the beginning, the staff who served our check in, was so nice, helpful. She offered us a paper map, briefed the key tourist information of the day.
We wish we could have planned for a longer stay here.

GGuest UserCould not think of a more perfectly fitting place to stay while in Český Krumlov! Charming, filled with character, whimsical, and still with clean modern bathrooms! Had a magical feeling to it. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to your needs. As a solo. traveler I selected the attic room which added to the overall quaint and cozy feel to the place.

GGuest UserThe hotel’s facilities are simple and clean, you just need to bring your own toiletries. The hotel is located by the river and the owner is very nice. He introduced us to the best local restaurants with low prices. The breakfast next door to the hotel is very delicious. The store is small but very good. Comfortable, fresh food, especially the homemade strawberry jam is very delicious, the hotel will give a discount card of 100 crowns (for breakfast).
