Excellent rooms , room service brilliant with my annoying child, extremely clean rooms spacious reasonable prices good location, helpful staff lovely breakfast would defo stay again indoor pool bar restaurant everything u need
I was dubious coming to the hotel due to some of the reviews, however, I didn't need to worry. The staff have been amazing and the cleanliness in and around the hotel amazing. I would have given 5 stars, however a few things maybe the hotel can review for others 1 - either soundproof the rooms (which isn't easy) or maybe supply earplugs. 2 nights we've been woken by inconsiderate guests speaking extremely loudly at 3am! 2 - food needs to be hotter. Luke warm soup etc really isn't nice 3 - the dogs.. as lovely as they are, none have been neutered and guess nature takes its toll. I did advise reception as there will be 6/8 more pups in 9 weeks or so. Hopefully they can get her to the vets in time A day can be spent 5 minutes walk in Varooşa, amazing but sombre to see the after effect from the war.
The room is large and has modern hardware. They had scrambled eggs for breakfast, which was great. The bed is actually a small bed. Fortunately, I can sleep alone. In addition, there are no shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries, facial cleanser, and personal bath products. This should be improved.
There is a university next to it. If you go to Girne or Lekfosha, there are buses passing by the bus station in about 8 minutes' walk. The same is true for Ercan Airport, and you can tell the driver that the Sabanci dormitory is very close to the hotel, just a few minutes walk. Overall, I feel that the surrounding area is quite convenient. You can eat, drink, buy phone cards, and there are small convenience stores for everything.

Stayed here for 1 night B&B with my partner and we were really impressed! I couldn't find many reviews when I was booking so I thought I would write one. It's a lovely little hotel, we had a sea view room which was clean and comfortable. We arrived at 1pm and there were still sunbeds available on the beach and by the pool. It's a nice sandy beach and the waiter came round for our drink orders. Sandwich from the pool bar very good and reasonable prices. There was a singer in the evening which we didn't expect. Breakfast was fine, not much hot selection but nice breads and fruit. Overall a nice relaxing stay and we will definitely be back! If you don't have dinner included, recommend the Jashan Indian, 2 mins drive up the road.
Best holiday we’ve had In ages! 10 nights. No complaints at all. Shame more English people don’t travel here!! Very clean room, super comfy beds, no rubbish pull out sofa beds like we usually get. Staff can’t do enough for you. Danny was our absolute favourite (drinks at breakfast & ice creams!) wish we’de have exchanged numbers or instagram to keep in touch. He was lovely. Went above & beyond, always with a smile on his face. Wish we had a way of keeping in touch with him. Entertainment team was brilliant. Such a good laugh. Onur the ‘chief’ was flipping awesome. The whole team were such a good laugh, without the irritating hassle like we’ve experienced at other resorts. Food was great for me & hubby. Our fussy kids were a bit more limited but not the hotels fault. So much food on offer. Loved our Italian meal and the staff in the Chinese were so lovely and made a really special night for hubbys birthday. Amazing parties over on the sea bar. The security guys were also proper friendly. Wish we’de had more time to get to know them. We would highly recommend this hotel & everyone in it. Pools, slides & sea were lovely. Literally something here for everyone. Oh and we all enjoyed a massage & Turkish bath in the spa! Great value! We wouldnt hesitate to return here. Family of 5 with kids ages 11,14&15. Great holiday thank you to all the staff who made it fantastic. English people need to get booking. We booked with Cyprus paradise online and had no problems at all. Dianne was very helpful with our booking/enquiries xx
I went with some friends to these apartments and we are very happy with our stay. The staff were very helpful. And the apartments were closed to beautiful beaches. The apartments were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment to others travelling to Cyprus.

The hotel is very clean with very friendly staff. The grounds have been put together well with nice kept gardens and grass lawns trimmed regularly. The apartment was a decent size with a fridge, microwave and hob. This was very useful for those days when the kids are too tired to go out in the evening to a restaurant so we stayed in and cooked. Would rate this hotel highly to anyone with young children and families who want a more quiet and intimate experience

We came in mid Novemeber 2024 for 5 nights, we are two female friends from the UK. This was end of season and we were informed hotel closes end of November. We were all inclusive. Overall this is a lovely hotel, very clean; relaxing, great food, different activities on offer, entertainment team lovely, SPA is a lovely addition. Could use some improvements to make it properly 4 star in Cyprus. Positives: * Lovely concierge on arrival to take suitcases to room with us. * Staff at reception are lovely and very helpful, all speaking english. * Rooms are lovely and all very modern, we paid for a basic room: had a mini frigde, bottled water in room on arrival (not daily), UK plug sockets and USB sockets (no need to bring travel adaptors, reading lights by bed, lots of storage, powerful hairdryer supplied, 1 or 2 english channels on TV (no netflix or youtube). * Pink wave entertainment team are lovely- Kristyna and Chloe are are the best- so friendly, chatty, engaging and getting us involved in lots. * Some shows are brilliant- Costas singer wonderful, dancing show was great, Pink Wave animation team show was amazing and magic show was good. * Food is really lovely- lots of flavour and lots of choice for vegetarian and meat eaters. One of the best all inclusive food we have had. * You get a pool towel and can replace every day - no need to bring one with you. * Gorgeous location- view of the beach from the pool was amazing. * Gym is great- lots of equipment and many of the machines you see in a David Lloyd. * Table service at lunch and dinner is great: You are always asked if you would like a drink straight away, they are also good at taking away dirty plates. Cutlery is very clean, plates very clean. * Table service in the evening when watching entertainment is also very good. Negatives: * beware outdoor pool is freezing and not heated. However, the pool is very clean. * In the spa the pool is heated, however only a sauna, steam room was not working and no jacuzzi- dissapointing for a 4 star hotel. * We brought drinks to our room from the bar as there are no drinks in the fridge. A few days in a row the cleaners would not take the dirty glasses from the room unless we asked. * You have to ask for a 1L bottle of water at lunch or dinner, otherwise you cannot ask for bottles of water from the bar any other time. They will fill up empty bottles for you with fresh water but only at the bar during other times in the day. * Please note: when we came the Panorama rooftop bar was not open in November. Suggestions to improve: * Needs a jacuzzi and steam room. * Some of the singers in the evening were not very good (costas was very good) but the other singers very dull and not engaging. * A drag show, another different dance show or something different to singing is needed. * Could have a little night club in the evening in case you don’t want to face the dreaded ayaia napa and instead you want to have a chilled out dance party. * Tab
