Find the Cheap Culebra Hotels

Business Conference and vacation days attached. It is a beautiful hotel sitting on beautiful property. What makes it so outstanding is the staff and their attention to your every need. There was not any area I was in that staff did not stop to ask could they assist me in some way. Rafeala (?) who attends to the guest on the Bay side beach is probably the best Guest Attendant/Staff I have ever had attend to me at any hotel in the world. This woman genuinely wants you to relax and enjoy your experience at the hotel. She remembers your name, all the folks with you & your preferences. She stops and chats with just enough familiarity to make you feel welcome but then moves on to fulfill your order or move to next guest. On the day I was to checkout I ran down to beach searching for lost item before the transport picked us up to leave. We had 40 min to get breakfast and get to lobby. Spoke with Rafaela and she had found it the night before & turned in to Lost & Found. She told me to go get my breakfast. She contacted Lost & Found then personally escorted them to Restaurant area to track me down to get it returned to me. ”Thank You”! I have no idea of her status or rank at hotel but I hope Four Season's management knows what a jewel they have!

Great hotel! This was our first resort on our first visit to Costa Rica, and it was absolutely fantastic. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating, the facilities were very clean and felt safe, the food was bomb, and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. On top of this, it’s only a 30 minute drive from Liberia which was so nice as we arrived at 7am in the morning. We did three excursions and used nomadtourscr . Gabriel helped me organize my tours, everything I asked for was done.. excursions we booked La leona wáterfall hike, buena vista adventure and jet ski tour with him came with transportation. Every excursion we did was amazing!! I highly recommend this resort!!

Solo trip over a long weekend, and Golden Palms was a great choice. Pros: - Quiet. This could be because I went during low season, but I twice had the pool to myself in the morning and at night. There was no wait for food, and I had my pick of beach lounges. - Everyone was SUPER friendly, but this is consistent in Costa Rica. - Location is less than 30 minutes from the airport. Also, was closer to Nicaragua for my one day trip there. - Rooms are exactly as pictured, and clean. Beds were made daily, with towels/robes refreshed daily. - Food portions were satisfying. - Property is beautiful upon arrival. I went on a number of tours, and multiple passengers from other hotels commented on how beautiful the property was. - Price was more than fair for where i stayed and the service I received. If back in Papagayo, I'd stay here again, hands down. - Security was checked every time I arrived or left the property. Cons: - Bugs/spiders in the bathroom. I actually didn't complain about this because it didn't bother me, but I can see how it would with other people. - Pool needs cleaning multiple times a day, but wasn't. I'm weird - WEIRD about swimming in a pool with a lot of debris. I did it, but hated doing it. - Restaurant food was ok. It definitely isn't varied. Over my four nights there I tried almost everything, I didn't hate anything. The pancakes I tried the morning I left were delicious, I'd recommend those. - Because the restaurant food isn't exceptional, the location is sort of a negative as well because you're not near anything. You'll have to drive or take a very expensive taxi to eat at other locations. All in all, I enjoyed my time there, and would not only stay again, but recommend it to others looking for an reasonably priced Papagayo/Guanacaste hotel stay
