I often see people recommending this hotel online, thinking that hotels are better than B&Bs. I was wrong. My husband and I even searched for other local B&Bs that night, thinking that we might as well find another one to stay in. Fortunately, the beautiful scenery of Yunhe Terraces made me forget the bad experience temporarily. The terraces are definitely a paradise on earth worth seeing.

The staff was friendly BUT what I felt was a no-go is that I booked and paid for the trip but they contacted my husband only and only talked to him though I also speak the local language. I found that really rude, even sexist. For foreigners and women it's maybe not the ideal place.
