不是説他環境很差，主要是我剛住那天，我進房間開空調空調很吵，我以為是樓上很吵或者隔壁，但是我把空調關了就沒反應，我就去前台問我説幫我看看空調不能修的話就幫我換個房，然後那個師傅説讓我換個房，前台説沒有我這個房間了我這個價位的衹有雙床，那我一個人睡大床我肯定不睡雙床啊，我説那其他房間呢，他説其他房間需要加錢。。我無語，我就説那我還是繼續回去住吧。 雖然很吵但是晚上睡覺我對象説有點像白噪音，不過我真的是五點多六點多我還是沒睡着，六點多睡八點多就醒了，很煩，主要不是我的問題，酒店設施有問題不應該讓客人出換房的賠償費吧，沒有説要佔你便宜的事，客服有給我打電話問，我就和他説了，我也曾幹過酒店行業的工作我們那個酒店房間就算有個小蟲子都給客人免費換房，嚴重一點的升級房型，（五星豪華酒店是這樣的。 説這些不是為了指責，畢竟我一個小孩大晚上的和兩個大人在前台講話我膽子小我都不敢説這些，希望下次改進，廁所環境挺好的，水也很熱床還蠻軟反正睡得還行，就是枕頭和被套有點臟，有一點點的血漬和黃黃的臟漬，望改進
