Aaofeng072Although five points have encouraging ingredients, the most comfortable hotel in Ulanhot is much better than the four stars set before. The bedding was very good, the quilt was also thin, very intimate. In the evening, I also sent some small snacks, just the children were hungry. The bathroom is still fully closed. I like this very much. The whole family stays. Someone wakes up at night and will not affect it. The staff is very good, I feel that they are well-trained, well managed, and in short, it is recommended.

The river valleys, hills, grasslands, cattle and sheep, plus the rising sun, are so beautiful. The second best thing is the hotel's service. All the staff I encountered were enthusiastic and took great care of the guests. Before we even officially checked in, the staff had set up a service group, providing distance reminders, weather forecasts, and taking care of all matters big and small. The first day of my stay happened to be my father's birthday according to the Gregorian calendar. The hotel immediately gave me a greeting card and hand-made noodles, which was really thoughtful. Later, fruit plates, drinks, snacks, etc. were delivered. Due to the weather, the return trip was quite bumpy, but the staff was always concerned about our safety. Thank you very much🙏

GGuest UserThe first time I came to Ulanhot, I chose Country Garden Phoenix Hotel. The hotel has complete facilities. Zhao Yu at the front desk is very considerate and enthusiastic. He helped us upgrade the house to a double bed room. Seeing that we brought our children, we also prepared non-slip slippers and gave us plenty of water. Two bottles were given away, a very satisfying stay experience, great😀😃
