GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel has prepared disposable towels and toilet mats, as well as a laundry room and sterilizing laundry detergent. The sitting area in the front lobby is equipped with milk tea and snacks, which is very considerate.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good. I checked the corner of the room and didn't see any debris left behind.
Environment: The hotel has convenient parking and a variety of restaurants nearby.

At first glance, the hotel seems to have been newly opened, and it exudes a brand-new atmosphere everywhere. Everywhere from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms is clean. As soon as you enter the room, you will be immediately impressed. It is no exaggeration to say that this is the largest room of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Such an open space makes people feel particularly comfortable. Whether it is leisure and relaxation or business work, you can find the most comfortable state. The rooms here are smartly designed. From smart lighting control systems to smart curtains to controlling air conditioning. Everything is so convenient and efficient. The small design details in the room are also very considerate. The mask is not only large, but also has bright light, which is great news for people who love makeup, as they can clearly see the details of makeup. Smart toilets bring the ultimate comfortable experience, are clean, hygienic and convenient. In addition, the supplies provided by the hotel are of particularly good quality. AAnonymous UserDuring the holiday, I went to the Blue Banner to live in the distant hotel. This is a very good hotel. When I entered the store, the beauty at the front desk received me warmly and introduced me to the basic situation of the hotel. Enter the room, clean and tidy. The supplies are reasonably placed, the direct waiter is polite and courteous, the breakfast is rich, and there are many Inner Mongolia specialties. It makes people look like their appetite has doubled.
During breakfast, the service staff introduced afternoon tea in detail. I wanted to leave the store in the morning and was moved by their enthusiasm. I drank afternoon tea again. I didn't expect that the seemingly medium hotel stay will give people the feeling of a star hotel. If you have friends passing through the blue flag next time, don't miss this hotel. You will not be disappointed. The service staff told you. Missed the sunrise and the beautiful sunset. Missed the breakfast, and there is a sweet and delicious afternoon tea waiting for you.

GGuest UserOverall, I'm satisfied. The hotel is very new and looks a bit renovated. The windows need to be opened for ventilation. The only dissatisfaction is that I booked a deluxe standard room. The information on the Ctrip booking page said it had two 1.5-meter beds, but it was actually two 1.2-meter beds. It is recommended to book a standard room.

第二，陽面的高層採光很好，被子有充足的日曬。
第三，晚上23點多預訂的，留言需要安靜的陽面房間，前台的高志麗女士很及時響應，安排了商務車接機服務（航班早到了30分鐘，師傅及時出現在機場接機），並記錄預訂訴求編號，入住時根據需求辦理入住，免費升級了豪華房型，賓至如歸。
第四，酒店提供的早餐自助很好，羊把肉鮮美，肉質優秀。中餐廳點餐方便，用餐環境也很好，價格也不錯。
酒店整體表現出非常高的服務品質，顯示出良好的運營管理水平。評價中有關於2017年建立設施相對陳留的聲音，但是出色的地理位置，較大的運營規模（安全），出色的服務態度，優秀的自助早餐品質等，個人認為可以抵消一些這方便顧慮，畢竟好壞是比出來的，當地新酒店規模都相對小，個人觀點僅供參考。

NNominI would like to highly recommend this hotel to those who are coming to Erenhot. It was my first time visiting Erenhot to do shopping and I chose this hotel as it was a recently opened brand new hotel. Indeed, the bedsheets, the towels were all new, the bathroom, the lights, the curtains, they are are all smart! The hotel interior is awesome! And I gotta say, I really loved the amenities. Omg the hair dryer was something I have never experienced before. I wanted to buy that brand of hairdryer for myself too. Oh and you gotta wake up early to have full breakfast, otherwise it gets finished and the kitchen don’t refill them. I forgot to take more pictures, but you can see them in their page. The hotel gives snacks every evening, oh so thoughtful 😍❤️

SShijieanzaianAn old hotel very close to the Guomen Scenic Area. The architectural style is very grand, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We went on a family trip during the May Day holiday. The front desk manager upgraded our room for free. Erenhot is a border city that you want to visit again!

GGuest UserPlace was clean and a lot of things were new in there. I really enjoyed talking to the owner of the place. The front desk workers were nice people. The only thing that was bad was that the room that they gave me had a light in the bathroom that was not working. I had to use my cellphone light to take a shower because the bathroom was dark.
