The room facilities are very good, the health is very clean. The front desk clerk is very warm. I brought the children. I specially prepared toothbrushes and slippers for the children. I sent breakfast. It was delicious. We drove the security guard to guide us to park the car in the parking lot. It is recommended.

酒店整體還算是過得去，但是前台服務人員的服務態度太差，給我們理入住的服務人員，強詞奪理，我説我要兩個挨着的房間，因為有小朋友坐輪椅，需要在一起照顧，她很生硬的説現在沒有；我説那我們等一會兒會有嗎？説，也沒有，現在都住了。合著整個酒店都住滿了，就我們來晚了？而且我辦理入住是16:00左右。我説，那我訂房的時候標註了要兩個挨着的房間，你們為什麼在排房的時候不看？她説沒有看到我的要求，後來我拿出了切屏她才相信，態度並沒有表明是自己的問題。經過一番爭論後，又有房間了，我真是醉了。説需要等會兒，我問是因為房間沒有打掃好嗎？我不知道是不是沒有打掃好，就是需要等會兒。我很無語，什麼都不知道是怎麼在這兒服務客人的？感覺我花錢就是被她奚落的。
另外，説下早餐，早餐還是不錯的，有些DIY自己操作的，很不錯。

It is very convenient to find this store on the high speed. I made a temporary reservation at night and then received a call from the front desk. The room facilities are very new, very trendy, clean, comfortable bedding, separate bathrooms dry and wet, and yogurt and snacks at night. Because the next day, I had to leave early and couldn't have breakfast, the customer service sent a few more bottles of mineral water and small snacks, and parking was convenient. The slight disadvantage is that the corridor is not very soundproof, it is recommended to add sound insulation board.

The 20-story hotel in a small county is really a landmark, and the environment is particularly good. Worth staying. Not far from Longhu Park, boating is very cheap. The consumption in the county is still quite high. Eating large intestine soup is so expensive.

硬件條件還算乾淨整潔，但個別房型通風不太好，房間氣味比較大，而且布草容易潮濕長蟎蟲。服務人員培訓不夠到位，有個大眼睛的前台服務員有些軸，長者説了房間氣悶，前台犟着頭不換，缺乏做服務行業的頭腦靈活性和同理心。
