You need to climb stairs from the living room to the bedroom to the viewing platform in the honeycomb room, which is not suitable for the elderly. The bar and cafe have a great view. The villagers' performance that night was not scheduled, and a sightseeing bus took everyone to Lao Dabao Village the next day to watch the village evening."

The lady at the front desk thoughtfully prepared backpacks with ethnic costumes and hats for us to take photos. The driver and tour guide took us for a walk along the way. The hotel also brings fruits and snacks, which is very thoughtful and warm! The hotel package I booked included the experience of making tea cakes. A tea artist took me to visit the tea factory, and then I pressed the Pu'er tea cakes myself and wrote my name and message with a brush. It was very ritualistic, haha! The sutra copying and tea garden afternoon tea included in the package were also great. The tea artist lady (I think her surname is Tian) also carefully recorded a short video for me to take as a souvenir. I really want to thank her! We decided to stay at Eterna Venue Hotel (Liu Shi) instead of the many BnBs on the mountain, having often found those overpriced and lacking in cleanliness. What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made it feel like home. Many of the team members come from nearby tea-farming communities, and their passion for the land was palpable. They didn’t just serve tea—they shared stories of the heritage behind it, offering insights into the different tea varieties and local traditions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality linens. I loved waking up to the sound of roosters and the first rays of sunshine streaming through the window. If you’re like me and prefer to leave the window open at night, the fresh mountain air is the perfect way to start your day. For breakfast, don’t miss the fresh rice noodles and seafood congee—so flavorful! The fruit selection was also fresh and changed daily. A pleasant surprise was finding Cha Ling (a premium LVMH brand) as the hotel’s amenity. Made with tea extract, it added a luxurious touch to my stay. One of my favorite experiences was the traditional tea baking session, Wei Lu Kao Cha. We gathered around a carbon stove, sipped Pu’er tea, ate locally harvested fruit and nuts, and learned to bake our own tea leaves under the guidance of tea masters. The staff’s pride in their cultural heritage shone through in every interaction, making what could have been a simple stay feel like an immersive cultural journey. For anyone looking to experience the authentic soul of Yunnan’s tea mountains, Eterna Venue Hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it provides a meaningful connection to this beautiful region."

"I have been doing Jingmai Mountain Raiders since I entered Pu'er. The first thing is the accommodation problem. I found this inn under the mountain. It takes 2 and a half hours from Pu'er High-speed Railway Station to this inn. It takes 1 and a half hours from Jingmai Airport to this inn. This inn is 20 kilometers away from Jingmai Mountain. This inn is convenient for parking, self-driving tour, parent-child tour, very friendly with a lot of luggage, there is a restaurant at home, there is breakfast, I will stay on the 25th, and start on the morning of the 26th to go up to Jingmai Mountain. It takes more than 20 minutes to go up the mountain to see the stockade. You can visit from Jingmai Observation Deck-Jingmai Dapingzhang-Wengji (Brown Village)-Dried (Yi nationality village)-Mangjing Bee King Tree-Mangjing Chazu Temple to play, you can also start to play, all the way to feel the fragrance of tea, the simplicity of the nation, it is worth a visit to Jingmai, after going down the mountain to this hotel I live in, like going home, it is very convenient to eat any food, There is a small courtyard, comfortable and comfortable"
