During the Dragon Boat Festival, I took my children home to visit relatives and chose the 28th floor in my memory. It was the first landmark building in Hai'an when I was in school, and it is well-known to everyone. The hotel has just been renovated in the past few years. The facilities are very new, the sanitation and room layout are very good, the big bed is very comfortable, the toiletries are complete, and it even has makeup remover and facial cleanser. Needless to say, the surrounding environment, the city center, it is convenient to go everywhere. The customer service Xiaoyan helped us deliver the luggage all the way to the room. I heard that the next day is my daughter’s birthday, and he prepared a surprise to be delivered to the room. He was really attentive! The hotel reflects the details everywhere, and I will choose here next time I go home.

The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, but I don't know if the front desk has reminded the guests not to smoke in the room. The sanitation of the hotel room is very good, the overall is relatively clean, and the hot water is also very powerful, but the air conditioner in the room, although the warm air is blowing, it takes a long time to feel the warmth in the room. I don't know if it is because the weather is too cold or The wind direction of the air conditioner can't be controlled downward or for some reason, it's not so warm.

I usually stay in hotels, and I seldom comment on meals. During this Chinese New Year trip to Hai'an, this hotel really surprised me. From the moment I entered the door, Xiao Peng, the front desk clerk, was very enthusiastic. He led the check-in, taught my parents how to use the room facilities, and so on. In short, next time I go to Hai'an, I will definitely stay here.
