1、平台上預訂的是有升級房型，辦入住的時候沒有問前台，後面到房間才想起來，打電話到前台才告知我沒有注意看就沒有升房，説如果要換的話也可以當時換，問了前台2個房型有沒有什麼區別，説是一樣的就是樓層高一點，想着當時已經是凌晨了且房間廁所已經用過了就沒有再換了，後面看到平台上顯示房間面積要大一點和多了一個冰箱 雖然我不知道冰箱是否有東西。2、預訂的房間是有贈送水果的 ，到房間也沒有提前準備，預訂房間是晚上23:00 這個時間點沒有提前放房間也能理解，如果辦入住的時候告知一下也能接受，或者第二天退房之前以及退房的時候給到我。並不是多想要這個水果，是本來就有的權益 並沒有享受到。3、9點多下去吃早餐 已經沒什麼可選的呢 。4、酒店位置有點偏僻，5、個人覺得衞生間少個可移動的化粧鏡，對於化粧的女生不太方便。衞生還是挺乾淨的。
