Overall, the homestay is not bad, the environment is good and the conditions are good. I want to mention a few suggestions for personal improvement: 1. The little beauty boss Jiuer gives people a very kind feeling, but the other waiters are very stiff most of the time, very unhappy and tired. This gives guests a bad feeling. 2. The room can add a few items: two smallest square towels (for washing face) body lotion, shower cap, and toilet roll paper towels can be equipped with one more roll. 3. The tableware in the restaurant must pay attention to hygiene. There are more people who eat each time, and the tableware on the customers has not been washed. 4. Increase the welcome drink or fruit, and compare the price of the homestay in this area. The corresponding experience can make customers stronger. The above points only represent personal opinions and suggestions, and can be ignored if you don't like it. 😁

I came here for Cloud B&B, and the actual effect was even more shocking than the pictures. First of all, the B&B has a great sense of design. On the way up the mountain, I saw several beautiful houses halfway up the mountain. I originally checked out the last B&B and looked for it in a hurry, but I didn’t expect it to be so stunning. The rooms are attractive and minimalist. But the embellished furniture has a unique taste and a strong artistic flavor. After getting to know it, I found out that the operation team behind it is a design company with fifteen years of experience. There are also two high-end B&Bs in Jiangxi, Wuyuan Waterfront and Jing'an Waterfront. The butler service is considerate, timely and makes people feel very warm. Secondly, you can enjoy the incomparable cloud view from anywhere in the B&B. It’s worth coming just for the clouds, not to mention such good service. There are 20 rooms in the B&B. The food cooked by the local aunt is also quite delicious, specially prepared by the butler. The delicious winter bamboo shoots of this season were a completely unexpected trip, and I will have another good choice for my next short trip around Nanchang!

The breakfast brought by the homestay is very rich, dinner is booked first, and the taste is very good. Of course, the homestay is also impossible to be perfect, such as the bed is too soft, the switch is not classified... The flaws are not concealed. If you prefer a quiet environment, it is recommended to build a small building 10 minutes drive from Ruogu Mountain House. It is built on the mountain with a larger area and less light pollution. It is excellent to see the stars at night. ”Jiangxi scenery is unique” is not a slogan, is simple and unpretentious realism, welcome friends from all over the country to Jiangxi, will not let you down. Natural hot springs, after soaking in the hot springs, my skin felt particularly good, very moisturized, and my hair was smooth! The service attitude of the staff in the hot spring area was very good! The only drawback was that the hot spring opening hours were too short, 13:00-22:00, there were not enough towels in the hot spring area, and the instructions to the hot spring center were not very clear. The front desk just pointed in a direction, and it would be better if there were text signs. The passage from the hot spring center to the hotel was closed at 10 pm. In the end, we could only go back to the hotel from the parking lot. It was a bit cold in winter. Overall, I was satisfied and would go to the hot spring again if I had the chance.

This trip is the parent-child room selected when returning to my hometown for a wedding. The appearance of the entire hotel looks tall and new. The yard parking in front of the hall is large and the hall looks magnificent. However, after the stay, the following problems need to be improved: 1. The quilt needs to be taken out often to dry. After living, it is found that there is a general body itching at home. It is guessed that the quilt is rarely drying. 2. The shower room and the vanity room are the same height, once taking a bath, the water will overflow; 3. The hair dryer is really bad, the wind speed is too low, and it is not blown for 2 minutes. I see the hair dryer hot, and the carbon ring is hot and red; 4. As a five-star hotel, you still need to pay a deposit. You have to check the room when you check out. Compared with other chains, management needs to be improved; 5. Bathtub is a decoration, the general hotel will provide disposable bathtub cover bags, there is no here, it can be imagined that the decoration is. 6. The electric toilet in the bathroom is really a rickets, not only did not enjoy the convenience of modern technology, but also the noise was very loud. I hope that the hotel can learn the management experience of mid-to-high-end hotel chains, truly achieve the five-star standard, and do not waste large venues and new facilities.

The hotel replied that if a customer left something behind, their staff would hand it over to the front desk after cleaning the room. She agreed to ask. I have always carried this backpack with me and no one has touched it. If it wasn't in the bag, it must have been left in the hotel, but now they say they didn't see it. It only shows that there is a problem with the quality of the hotel cleaners. A new razor only costs eight or nine hundred yuan. If they are interested in some of the missing things of customers, where is the hotel management system!

Checked in in the morning, called in the afternoon to ask if the room was renewed, there was free parking downstairs, and it was very convenient to eat nearby. The only downside was that the partition effect was not good. I don’t know if there is a KTV upstairs or what’s going on. It didn’t stop until 10:40. Then the three people next door drank too much and played crazy and kept chatting there. They listened very clearly. At 12 o'clock in the evening, they couldn't sleep at all. They still considered carefully if they didn't sleep well on business trips.
