Overall it was not bad, there was a parking space at the door, we arrived at 8 pm and there was someone to direct. The lobby is very stylish and the room is large. I asked for an extra bed when I set it, contacted me in advance, and the bed was added after arriving at the store. A few small suggestions: 1. The air conditioner is too noisy. Although I was mentally prepared to read the comments before, I was still scared. Even the people who didn't know how to thunder in my house were also scared to wake up twice. Later, I turned off the air conditioner. Fortunately, it is not hot or cold at this time. 2. We leave the store at 6:30. The hotel breakfast cannot be packed. It is a hurry to eat a bite. In fact, you can simply pack some yogurt milk boiled egg cakes, and you do not require you to hit the standard of 58 yuan. 3. It is not convenient to give a room card. After all, elevators, breakfast, and electricity can be used. You must act together. Either put a power card in the room, or it is more convenient to give two room cards. 4. Although the hotel has only been open for a year or two, some corners have paint removal, towels and quilt cover are also a bit old, and the maintenance of the later period should keep up.
Overall, you can choose, and I hope you will get better and better.

The room was nice however overall this hotel was below our expectations in a few ways, given the price paid.
1) The check in process took 15 minutes and was quite frustrating with repeated questions. We are foreigners (but speak Chinese), so our passports had to be registered, however the steps could have all been done by taking a photo of our passport rather than us standing there after a long journey. It would also be better if they could have just asked us to sit down to wait, or told us approximately how long this process would take.
2) There are only two slow lifts servicing the entire building, with the amenities and reception floor on level 26, which is on a separate floor to all of the guest rooms. During peak times we waited a long time for lifts.
3) There are not enough laundry machines (only 2 washers and dryers) and we had to wait every time.
4) The gym is too basic. No weights, mats or aircon.
5) the daily housekeeping is not comprehensive. We were out of tissue paper for 4 out of the 5 days we stayed, and the rubbish was not always cleared.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, surrounded by supermarkets, shopping malls, pedestrian streets, night markets, and movie theaters; the hotel service is good, the little girl and brother at the front desk are very polite, and they provide mineral water, fruits, candies, and late night snacks; the hotel is very clean , newly opened, no smell, all facilities are new and complete, including smart toilet and smart speakers. The first time I stayed here, I had a very good experience. The price is not expensive but you can feel at home. However, there is a problem with the chain lock of the hotel room door. Since the door frame is not formed at one time (although it is now decorated like this), the vertical bars are glued, and one end of your chain lock is fixed on the vertical bars. It is basically a fake. , if the guest locked the door the night before and did not pay attention to press the door handle and pull it in the morning, the vertical strip of the door frame can be pulled down, not to mention whether to compensate or not, who is responsible for the damage to the elderly and children? Hope attention can be paid to improvements!

GGuest UserI can say that I am not satisfied, the sound insulation effect is poor, but it is close to the place of business trip, so I chose it nearby. The hotel decoration should be a long time, so the facilities are relatively old, but it is OK in the second castle.
