本來定的是賽里木湖另外一家房車營地，但是因為風雪太大選擇了這裏。 誇獎23日的前台泰山小哥和另一名白衣服小哥，耐心體貼，給我們升了房且贈送了禮物，我們當日因不能進景區比較煩躁，但他們還是儘可能滿足需求，感謝二位。 建議:服務人員態度都非常好、阿姨態度也很好，但總感覺人手不夠，需要等很久才能處理需求，實在效率有點低。酒廊飲品不錯，誇獎！早飯也很不錯！但loft房型因為比較大分上下兩層所以暖氣稍微有點拉，可以在客人check in後提前打開。
