RRochelleWe had a lovely time at Coco Tuohai Muxuyuan Homestay. The host family were very welcoming. We were away from our families during Christmas but they made us feel like we were part of theirs.
The room has a romantic atmosphere with great attention to detail. Our expectations were exceeded by far.
The moon sets right outside the window with a telescope on the balcony for those who are brave enough to face the cold morning outside.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the Xinjiang milk tea which was sent up to the room so that we could enjoy the scenery while eating.
We would definitely recommend this Homestay to couples.
You will not regret your stay.
For some the price might seem steep but the hospitality and atmosphere is priceless - definitely worth it! ❄️☺️

The room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, making it feel warm and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the hot water supply was excellent—showing the hotel’s attention to detail.
The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. They also provided helpful travel recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
A special thanks to Mr. Luo, the hotel manager, who was very professional and dedicated. He provided exceptional service and made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. His attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference.
The breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted great, catering to different preferences. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

I really like the sensor lighting at the entrance and the smart control throughout the house, which is full of technology.

Before coming here, we were relatively worried about the sanitary conditions because it was a B&B. However, when we arrived, we found that the bedding and linens were very new and very clean. The glass in the corridor was very clean. We didn't think it was there unless we looked carefully. This greatly dispelled our worries. concern. These details reflect the hotel staff's love for work and their serious and responsible attitude. As for the hotel environment, facilities, and room hygiene services, they fully meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Especially Kaka, Baina, Dirk and the unknown electrician at the front desk, the service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous. It was my first time to visit Keketuohai. I stayed at this B&B and it was clear from the interior design that the owner was very attentive! The atmosphere created by the colorful chandeliers is very warm, and the carpets and pillows with ethnic patterns are very local. When the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows open the curtains, you can see the snow-capped peaks and pure snow scenery. It is very beautiful🥹 It's like being in a painting. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also very convenient to go to the ski resort, which is very suitable for those who want to experience skiing! The living facilities are also complete.
