The staff by far are the best part of the hotel! Super friendly and accommodating! The rooms and views were also great. I was only supposed to stay for 3 nights, but ended up staying an additional 4 nights. So, think that pretty much says it all!!
Stayed here the last 5 nights and a great small hotel. Centrally located less than a 5 minute walk up to Medran lifts. Rooms were very comfortable, wifi very good, radiators were super strong and able to dry ski gear off. TV covered multiple countries. Pillows were good, one rectangle and one square. Could request aditional ones at reception. Shower very good and constant hot water at all times. Minor point would've been a mini fridge in the room to store water/drinks. Needed to close the shutters at night, to keep some of the light and noise out, but that was the trade off for the location. Lounge area/bar(drinks from reception) was small, but not an issue as everyone went out to the bars/restaurants in Verbier. Breakfast very good, had endless supply of everything. Staff super friendly and willing to assist. Check out was 12pm, but a room was available to use to change and bags kept securely with reception. All in all a great hotel in Verbier and would recommend.

Excellent beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived and was greeted by Marie at reception, we felt our holiday had begun. . She was so welcoming and explained everything about the hotel and facilities. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. Anything we wanted just ask. We didn’t have the right plug adapters so they lent us two. We had food on our balcony and they gave us plates and cutlery for our picnic. The room was fabulous Suite with balcony over looking the mountains and valley below. If you can get this room it is so worth it. You get the views and sun all day The bed was so comfortable and had a view too The breakfast was excellent A good selection of hot and cold. Fresh fruit, muesli, cereals. yoghurts, overnight oats, cold meat and cheese, eggs bacon and a different selection of French toast, pancakes , bread pudding daily. There was a selection of bread and jams. They even provided a breakfast for the cyclists doing Le tour des station at 4am There was a pool sauna and steam room at the bottom level of the hotel There was complimentary juice and nuts I can’t fault one thing about this hotel. They go above and beyond to make your stay as relaxing as possible All the staff were wonderful Thank you so much Hopefully we will be back next year
We stayed at the W in Verbier for one week. The hotel met all of my expectations. The location is perfect, you are a 2 minute walk to the gondola. Shout out to Nikko in the ski storage area, he was super nice and informative and he saved the day when the main gondola shut down for half a day. Got us a shuttle to different area of mountain to find a lift! I was worried about the room being large enough for 2 people for a week with all of our luggage, but that was not an issue whatsoever... and we were in a basic fabulous room. Plenty of room, fireplace, stand alone tub, balcony... The bar was spacious and Nikki was the most fun and outgoing bartender!! He had great stories and great cocktails! The concierge were amazing, made us reservations for every night we were there and they were right on! The shuttle is also convenient if you don't want to walk, but we still walked most nights. I highly recommend booking a ski guide for at least half a day if you have not skied the mountain. It was very informative and helped tremendously for the remaining few days. You can charge it to your room and they meet you in the ski locker. My only complaint was the house cleaning service, they came later and later as the week went on and one day they were still in our room at 5:30pm... we finally had to ask her to leave so we could get ready for dinner. Overall it was a fantastic trip, highly recommend.
The European self-driving route through the Swiss Alps was blocked by heavy snow. When we were helpless and in need of help, Mr. Anmir passed by. He helped us to contact the police for help. It also helped us to remove the snow under the wheels and let us back up. Going down the mountain and helping us communicate to buy the snow chains also help us to check out the route that we can go to Rome tomorrow. Since the Swiss weekend is closed, the door can only be solved tomorrow, so he drove us down to the bar he opened. The inn, I feel that it is really great after coming in. It is clean and warmer than any of the five-star hotels we stay in. The people here are very popular. The people in the town are drinking beer and singing songs watching everyone in the game. The face is full of laughter, grateful for this encounter, let us experience the best trip of this trip to Europe. Founded in 1910, the Amer's Bar Inn has a centuries-old history at the foot of the Matterhorn in Switzerland's three most famous ski paradise. It is just a train station in front of the hotel. It is easily accessible to skiers and local towns. The residents are constantly coming to eat, stay, drink and watch the game. It is seen from Mr. Anmir that his ancestors not only passed on the pub, but also gave him a warm and helpful attitude, and a great service concept. . A Swiss inn can make the service to the extreme, and it can also prove that the Swiss hotel service is a fine detail, which makes people warm and comfortable. I wish their inn and bar will always be booming and continue to be passed down for centuries and millennium. The Anmirs are paying homage, thank you for your help in Switzerland, like the mascots you have sent and the red wine, and hope that you will like the Chinese tea and beef sauce we sent. Welcome your couple to come to China as a guest. You are our good friend forever.

This is a solid 4 star hotel that is perfect for a few days skiing in the 4-vallées region: Pros: • comfortable and spacious rooms with very nice bathrooms • close to main ski lift so that can be on gondola within 5 mins of leaving hotel • Close to all restaurants etc that Nendaz has to offer • Nice breakfast included • Nice spa (free for hotel guests) Cons: • Swiss prices !!!! • not ski-in/out • hotel doesn’t have much of an atmosphere • boot and ski room accessed via car parking area which is not very pleasant • Spa can get full of non-hotel guests(paying guests) All-in-all this is a great location if you want to ski the 4-vallees area (but don’t fancy Verbier). The hotel is fine although it wouldn’t warrant a premium price over other local options.
