The hotel is located at the highest point in Zurich. It is difficult to drag luggage up the mountain after the train arrives. You can ask the shuttle bus to help transport the luggage. When you ask them for help in the morning, you still have to look at their faces, and they will make a bad look for you :) Pros: The room is clean and large, and the view is beautiful! Both night view and sunrise are great Disadvantages: The attitude of some service staff is very bad! I asked the hotel if there was a hot water kettle and was given an uncleaned one. It was a very bad experience!

The hostel is located a short walk away from the train station. I overpaid for my train ticket at the airport, you can get a simple 60min ticket which will get you to the hostel. The hostel and room was clean and has nice showers etc. Lockers are in the rooms, a 2 CHF coin is needed but that can be obtained from reception. Beds in the room are adequate, room does get hot at night but the window was left open to regulate that. Staff at the hostel are friendly, I bought my airport return ticket from the reception desk, costs less than buying it at the train station. Breakfast was nice, a decent selection buffet style was provided with juices, coffees and teas. There is a Migro’s supermarket outside the hostel less than a minute walk, and has restaurants nearby too. A good budget stay if you want to spend more on your activities outside.

There was a shocking scene when checking in - due to the flight delay, we arrived at the hotel at nearly 12 o'clock in the night. A male front desk staff member gave us two rooms, 308 and 309. When my friend and I swiped our cards to enter the room, we found that there were already guests in the two rooms, all Chinese guests and they were asleep. We were shocked and embarrassed. Back to the front desk, the staff was also very embarrassed. He kept apologizing and didn't know who he called. After a long German phone call, he gave us two rooms again, one of which was upgraded to a 132 view suite. The room is very large and beautiful. The only drawback is that the room is too big and it is a bit difficult to go to the toilet. The drains of the other two washbasins are a bit blocked. When I turned on the drain plug of the faucet on the left, I found that there was a hard object stuck in it. It looked very dirty and should have been blocked for a long time. I don't know why no one has reported or repaired it. I took the plug away and hoped that the hotel could find and clean it. Everything else is good. The hotel is very advanced. All control switches are touch screens. There is also air conditioning, but it cannot be activated. Fortunately, it is not too hot. I must praise the rich breakfast, which is very good and clean. Overall, it is a hotel worth recommending!

The breakfast is great and the service is very good. Because I live in Switzerland, I have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is the most cost-effective one. The transportation is convenient. You can go directly to the hotel by bus No. 13 from the railway station. Highly recommended.

Less than 30 knives from the train station, 20 minutes walk from Banhof Street and Zurich Cathedral, the room is quite large, very clean, breakfast is not much, the front desk staff is very warm, the only bad thing is that I have paid the full room rate on the platform and deducted me 160 euros. Later, I asked the platform and said that it would take 30 working days to return. I don't understand why it is like this?

I booked two rooms with a garden view, but one room faced the road and houses while the other faced the hotel's restaurant and some blocks of houses with a few trees. So, I guess it must be the ”garden view,” though clearly not all rooms have a true garden view—unless we have different definitions of a garden. The shower was ridiculously tiny, with a triangular shape. I believe any man larger than average would have difficulty using it. You can barely turn around in the shower, and the water flow is not stable, sometimes fast and sometimes slow. The breakfast was poor. The restaurant waitress did her very best, despite being the only one helping all the customers in the restaurant and also assisting with checkouts. It was clear how busy she was. However, we waited for more than 45 minutes for boiled eggs to be replenished in the buffet area. The fried eggs were very oily and not fluffy at all—if you've been to a cha chaan teng in Hong Kong, you know what I mean. The choices and amount of food were very limited, and we left with empty stomachs. It was probably the worst hotel breakfast ever.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. It is recommended to take the bus with luggage. It is quite tiring to pull it up directly. We didn't take the bus when we went there, so we asked the hotel staff to help us. They were very enthusiastic and helped us get to the hotel. The hotel room is OK, and the balcony looks beautiful, with mountains and water. The breakfast is Western style and tastes very good. The transportation is very convenient. There is a train station at the foot of the mountain, and you can take the bus directly to the city.

Location is okay as there's a bus stop right outside that goes to town in a few stops. Room is very basic, no hot water kettle/coffee/tea, just a hairdryer and that's pretty much it. The toilet had a very bad sewage smell. Breakfast buffet is normal.
