Clean room, close to the airport. The shuttle bus was on time and only took 10min max. to take us to the airport.

The hotel is new and immaculate. Open plan bathroom which some couples may not like. There is a MacDonalds immediately next door and also microwavable food in addition to a breakfast and dinner restaurant and bar. The only issue I had was at check-in, the receptionist failed to tell us that we would have to purchase a ticket to take the ”free shuttle” to the airport for our flight and therefore assuming it was free we sat on the minibus but were told to get off and buy a ticket causing us to waste a further 30mins. The cost of the shuttle was CHF8 per person so its cheaper for a group of people to order a taxi using Uber. DO NOT USE taxis which park themselves outside the hotel carpark, they will charge you CHF 60 per journey and give you a ”city tour” if you dont speak fluent German. Taxi drivers rarely speak English and nearly all taxis seem to be driven by immigrants. Swiss police wont help so video any confrontations and send to the Minister of Tourism. The hotel is quite far from the airport so you need a car to get to and from the airport. There is no tram stop around.

Good location, nearby the airport just 1 bus stop but the bus arrived every hour. Nice room, clean and decent breakfast. Supermarket is in front of the hotel. around 8 minutes from the train station( Rumlang)

The stay was great, the staff was friendly. However, the hair shampoos in the room had expired, I told them this, but the woman working there told me that the products were unopened, but their expiration dates had passed. Apart from that, Jose, who works at the reception, is very warm and friendly, I thank him very much.

The service is very good quality, staff is very welcome and very sympathetic, the facilities are good, there is no restaurant at night but the reception advised me a (excellent) It is only 600m from the hotel ... Full breakfast, excellent coffee.

Our family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉 Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They arranged a free upgrade for us as there was not enough additional bed for my kid. Good location and the hotel is being renovated.

It is 5 minutes away from the airport. It has all the splendor that a Hyatt should have. The rooms are large and the facilities are very new. There is no disposable toothpaste or toothbrush. There is also a mouthwash cup and lip marks from the previous guest that have not been cleaned. There is also a toilet door. There are little stains that have not been wiped clean. The front desk staff is kind and friendly, and the processing speed is fast. The lobby is huge!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is well-connected, with buses and trains nearby, making it easy to reach the city center in just 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location.

The location was fantastic, close to airport and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. We were allowed late check-out until 2pm which was really convenient. Overall, a great experience—I’d rate it 4.5/5 and recommend it to travelers.
