we stayed at Posthotel for 5 days for a ski week in Lenzerheide/Arosa, and have been super impressed by the hotel and its location. We came by public transportation, pleasingly found the bus stop directly across the hotel entrance, and had the ski room just opposite the bus stop of the local ski bus that takes you to the lifts in just two stops, super convenient! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever something was needed, food was super delicious (we had half board, very refined 4-course dinners) and we loved the sauna/pool time after a full day on the slopes. Totally recommendable, a superb choice and a 4-star service for a 3-star price.... a rare gem!

Das Personal war wieder einmal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent, toller Wellnessbereich und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sauber, wenn auch am ersten Tag sehr kalt. Da wäre das I-Tüpfelchen eine angestellte Heizung bei minusgeraden ausserhalb sehr angenehm gewesen. Leider hatte die gebuchte Weihnachtsauszeit, wenig mit Weihnachten zu tun. Der Kamin im Aufenthaltsbereich war innerhalb von 5 Tagen nur einmal für genau 3 Holzscheite an. Vielleicht geschah dies auch nur auf Anfrage meinerseits. Schade, da augenscheinlich Holz parat lag. Traurig kann ich auch nur die Weihnachtsdekoration im Esssaal bezeichnen. Ein 1.60m künstlicher Weihnachtsbaum und eine Lichterkette am Buffet. Die Tischdeko von einem Teelicht, herbstlichen Trockenblumen und ein rot/weiss kariertes Tischdeckchen (wie die Tage zuvor und danach) liessen leider auch nicht mehr Weihnachtsstimmung aufkommen. Da half auch nicht die Weihnachtsmusik die man mit leisen Klängen aus der Küche wahrnahm. Für ein angepriesenes ”festliches Weihnachtsdinner” sehe ich da noch viel Potenzial nach oben. Das Essen ist meiner Meinung nach lecker, aber gerade an so einem Abend hätte ich wenigsten z.B. mehr als nur eine Nachspeise am Buffet erwartet. Das ”zauberhafte Weihnachtszmorge” unterschied sich nur durch zwei zusätzlich aufgestellte Weihnachtswichtel als Deko am Buffet. Sonst das gleiche Essen wie jeden Morgen. Nichtsdestotrotz freuen wir uns auf unseren nächsten Skiurlaub im Jufa Hotel Savognin, allerdings für Weihnachten werden wir uns etwas anderes suchen müssen. Schade!! Die Bewertung bezieht sich rein auf das gebuchte Arrangement.

Grandiose party on 31.07.22 that the host couple has set on the legs. Indigenous like tourists enjoyed inforgetting hours at food and drink. Previous staff cared for the gusts of the numerous were present. Indigenous felt very well in and outside Tgoma's. What was no longer the case last year. The brunch on the other day was also a success. Hopefully there will be still some such a party in Tgoma. Sensational hosts!!

I did not stay but only benefitted from dinner, gym and spa with massage. I ate a pizza with raw ham with excellent dough and seasoning: thanks pizza makers Andrea and Pino, obviously Italian. Really very good !!! As for the gym and the Spa I must say that I found it very clean and welcoming. As for the massage, one of the best facts in my life with foot reflexology. I have to thank the holistic operator Doris, a very prepared professional who put me at ease, with sweetness. I hope to find all of you who have brighten up my stay. Thank you very much, I will be back!
