"Arrival around 8:30 p.m. at the hotel with three children aged 6-7-8. We travel a lot, we often sleep in hotels and I cannot recommend this establishment. Firstly, upon arriving in our room, the heating is faulty and the sink pipes leak onto the floor when we turn on the tap. My daughter found both feet in the water. Also the toilet is clogged. The mention was made but I did not have any feedback/option except to fill out a sheet, which was done. My comment would be that the hotel/rooms need some love. I find it a bit of a shame to have stayed there and not to be sure of the safety, especially with children. Lots of dirty stains on the walls and sticky or stained countertops... Not to mention the shower.. On the other hand, I would like to mention that this is the first time that I have been disappointed with a stay in this hotel chain."
