It's very quiet, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is okay. The environment is nothing to say, suitable for business trips, and there are Apple desktops in the room. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel with a computer.
Entering the path next to Walmart, the hotel is very new and very clear, the waiter is polite, there is parking space, the room is large, there is a coffee machine and a microwave and refrigerator. You can walk to Walmart. Breakfast is OK, good food.

It is an old building located in the old town, but it still has an elevator, so it was convenient to go up with luggage. Considering the low price, I think it is a pretty good hotel. The parking lot was narrow, so I had to park on the road a little bit away, which was inconvenient.
location was great!!2 min walk to metro.
only downside is...spider web on the ceiling and dusty on the wall display and blinds.but over all...great place to stay..would highly recommend..Mark is a great host!!thank you...

Facilities: The facilities are basically complete, with bathroom supplies, hairdryers, water cups, tableware, coffee machines, and toasters in the public areas. The only regret is that slippers are not provided.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness inside the room, corridors and public areas is very good.
Environment: The housing environment is great, the layout of the room is warm and comfortable, the house is located in a residential area, and the scenery after snow is very beautiful! ! (Look at the picture😄) The room is very close to the subway. You can enter the subway in about two minutes' walk. The transportation is very convenient. One disadvantage is that since the rooms are made of wood, the sound insulation is very poor. You can hear clearly any movement next door and upstairs and downstairs.
Service: I didn't see the owner during the entire check-in and check-out process. He only took the key from the combination lock. It was not very adaptable at first, and because I didn’t receive the room password, I had to call the host to confirm. If I need to ask any questions, I basically call them by phone (not very friendly to friends who are not good at English). But after getting used to it later, I felt that this was pretty good. There was no need to wait or socialize (I was very happy😄). This is a matter of opinion.
GGuest UserPretty new hotel and nice amenities. Sound insulation is poor, I could hear other guests talking around the elevator but my room was at the corner, and there was construction starting from 8am right in front of the hotel gate. The location is really good, walk distance to stores and restaurants.
GGuest UserThe hotel is far from Old Montreal, and it takes half an hour to drive there. The parking lot is relatively large, so it is better for self-driving tourists to stay here. The hotel breakfast is purely Western style, full and ok. I stayed for two nights and three days, but there was no waiter to clean the room. I don't know if I need to actively request such service.
DDANBooked a double bed, looked at the room after arriving, and upgraded to a suite at the front desk, the difference was not expensive. This type of hotel recommends rooms on the first floor, which can be accessed directly from the back door, which is convenient.
Oontheroad2001The room did not have much evaluation, and the quality of service needed to be written. The boss is Chinese and very good. The front desk is uneven. The big man on Monday night is the only one who is reliable. The worst thing is the uncle on Tuesday night, who has no truth in his mouth, and is raped and stupid. It is a miracle that such a miracle can find a job.
GGuest UserHealth is OK, the front desk service is very good, help us pick the room, thank you very much!
Although the facilities are a bit old, they are still useful.
