My friend and I stay in this motel last week. It was very clean, quiet. We were both very pleasantly surprised by the little things. There was bottles of water in the fridge and some really nice smelling soap, and shampoo. Bathroom was a very nice size, with a full size bathtub. There was also both tea, and coffee in the room. It far exceeded our expectations, especially for the very reasonable price. The young man in the office when we checked in was very nice, too. Greeted us with a smile.

GGuest Userwe came to trail,bc for a concert. jessica from best western columbia river hotel in trail, bc planned our stay. she reserved us a suite at the crown columbia hotel in trail,bc. this hotel is one of the most impressive we have stayed at. the hotel itself is immaculate. the furnishings and art(wonderful photographs of the columbia river) add much to the experience. the hotel staff is flawless. we had dinner at the columbia steakhouse in the best western columbia river hotel. the meal, ambience and staff at the restaurant added to the great experience we had overall. memorable is the best word for the crown columbia hotel and the columbia steakhouse

GGuest UserThe room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and did not hesitate to go the extra mile to provide exceptional personalized service. I was however somewhat disappointed to find that while I was charged $174 per night, Expedia had the price at $138. I realize there were some extra charges, and I paid a pet deposit of $150 which was returned on checkout. That was above the room charge. I wish that there had been an offer to match the online price. However, the stay was a pleasant one.
