Kelowna is disgusting. Agressive drug addicts everywhere. There was a bucket with approximately 50 cigarette buts on our balcony. Clearly the staff smokes there. We moved it to the hallway. Then noticed it had returned on another balcony. Terrible overpriced restaurants. Very disappointed. I won't return. The wine tours were nice.
This is a newer hotel in Kelowna, right along BC 97 near the intersection with BC 33. The rooms are clean, and the hotel's enhanced pandemic protocols are evident - hand sanitizers in common areas. Breakfast is surprisingly not bagged, as in most hotels now because of the pandemic. It's set up more like a pantry, with sanitizers in the food counters. There's a pancake maker, which is a pleasant surprise since a lot of the hotels with breakfast no longer offer this breakfast favorite since the pandemic began. Service is very good as well.
Breakfast is small, Western style. The parking on the front side of the door is free of charge. The underground parking lot of the hotel is small. You need to brush the door to open the door. The street opposite the street is a bar, a bit noisy. The location is OK, just outside the hotel and turn right, not far away is Lake Okana. The choice is mainly because the price is not expensive.

Had a snafu between the off site call centre and Manteo. Front desk supervisor upgraded us on the spot. Beauty suite overlooking the lake. We enjoyed a top shelf lunch in the Manteo restaurant, a fun whisky tasting at the Eldorado, and a great breakfast at the El the next morning with visiting family. Many staff are new but they did themselves proud.

Very clean, friendly hotel. Pool n hottub was good. Room clean and very spacious had a bit of a smell when u arrived but I do have a keen smell. Bed comfy. Overall would stay there again. Easy online booking in just pick up key n go. Hot breakfast nothing fancy, coffee was always available anytime.
Tobe went above and behind in helping my colleague and I with a multitude of requests throughout our stay. He was warm, engaging and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Tobe truly made our stay exceptional
Everything is good. The service is too bad. And this check-in and check-out time is really not normal
Must check in after five o'clock and check out before ten o'clock
The point is that this hotel will deduct money randomly! Be careful not to choose this hotel
But I feel that this ghost place should be very difficult for anyone besides me to book this hotel with Ctrip.
The view of this hotel is very nice. The pool is also very beautiful and big
The service is really bad and it's a rogue level
I drove from Banff to the hotel which drove for more than four hours and arrived at 10:30 in the evening.
Then when I checked in, I told me to ask for a deposit of two hundred Canadian dollars for the pre-sale right
I gave her a credit card. Then I took a look at my online banking. More than 320 detained...
I asked him what the other one hundred and more were. I didn’t admit it to death. I showed him the voucher. She saw it for five minutes and told me that it was indeed the detained by their company, but she didn’t know what it was. Then I went to the room and started. I was entangled with Ctrip until about 1 a.m. and didn’t even go for a swim. I originally booked this hotel for swimming. Then I told me to give me a reply at 9 in the morning. I woke up naturally at 8:30 in the morning. Wait for the reply. Then tell me The hotel did not deduct my money. It only held me two hundred.... Then I sent the voucher to Ctrip and asked what it was. Then I went to verify it for two hours. During this period, I asked if I could check out later. I was told that it was delayed. There is a tax of 45 USD and 50 room charge. We must leave before ten o'clock and then at half past ten the hotel will come and drive us away, saying that we will not be delayed if we add money. I also told me that there are new guests who want to check in. I'm really It’s too bad. I asked you if the hotel can only check in after five o’clock? You don’t have to draft a lie? I’m really drunk. The service staff in this hotel are like the bandits. At 11 o’clock, Ctrip came to the customer service and told me to verify it. It’s an extra authorization... I really am Spit up. Since I authorized you to tell me in advance! Say two hundred. I deducted more than three hundred and didn’t admit it at the beginning. At the end, I told me that it was all I authorized. I didn’t have the money to hold for you. It’s just that I didn’t do business like this. I told people to hold two hundred and the result was more than three hundred. . Why don't you hold more than 30,000!
Said it would be refunded to me within seven working days. It is one thing to refund to me. Your behavior is wrong. Breaking the hotel’s service policy is simply a banditry logic. If you rob someone of your family’s forcible death, you won’t admit it. In the end, all the evidence is displayed. I told me that it was an extra authorization. So why didn't you admit it at first, you are a broken hotel. It's really annoying. It's a big one! And I forgot to say. Why would you give me a two-bedroom suite for my one-bedroom suite? I don’t understand. Did you sell my room? I rely on
Why do I need such a big room? My girlfriend and I sleep in separate beds, right? Vomit really
The hotel is dying. It’s the same as the room for an 80-90-year-old man. I’m really sorry to have this hotel. I slept for five or six hours at 1,000 yuan. I was held for more than 1,500... Tour. I vomit. The experience is terrible. I came out to travel and encountered this kind of black spot hotel bandit hotel and encountered this kind of bandit customer service staff.

Room 618, three nights The good: Perhaps the best Hampton Inn I've stayed in to date. Very clean, very quiet, super strong shower (with the handle in the right spot), very good front desk staff, WiFi worked flawlessly, very comfy bed, thermostat worked perfectly, plenty of charge slots, decent continental breakfast, next door restaurant (Gulfstream) was great. Parking near entrance, despite full occupancy. The bad: I didn't bring swimming shorts for the nice indoor pool. Parking fee at $10CAD per night, eh...not that bad, but shouldn't be. Overall I loved this hotel, will stay again next year on my next trip here
GGuest UserExtremely well set up. Everything organized and room was excellent. Helena clearly took greate pride in her work. It is always great when you show up at a location and everything is in place without any concerns. Will certainly stay here again.
BBobI almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.
CCrystal TThe rooms are large and updated, the beds are comfortable and the staff is great. So friendly and gave us extra items we needed i.e. towels, coffee, key cards and ducks :). There were 11 of us who stayed and they were able to accommodate us staying close to one another. We were prepared for the noise and all brought ear plugs. There is construction right behind the hotel and will be for a while, so prepare yourselves with ear plugs. The pool though.... It is NOT refreshing. It was about 27 degrees outside and the pool might as well have been soup. The temperature definitely needs dropped a few degrees. We enjoyed the 10% off at Ricky's across the parking lot and were really treated well by the wait staff there. There is also a Starbucks in the same parking lot for that extra kick of caffeine. Would 100% stay here again.
GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed here for four nights on our tour of western BC. I will start with the good points of this property. The location can't be beat; right on the lake and a short walk to the beach, many restaurants, shopping, etc. The grounds and common areas are really nice and well kept. Our room was very spacious and we had a nice view of the lake. Check in was quick and staff seemed very helpful. There is a little store on site with a Starbucks which was very handy. pricing was ridiculous in my opinion: $ 5 for a donut and $ 12 for a small fruit cup? As others have mentioned, parking is $ 30 / night which is a little steep for a small town (we paid less in downtown Vancouver) and the resort fee is a joke. You have to pay it whether you use the amenities or not, so for us, our $ 80 (four days at $ 20 / day) got us two free cans of beer and $ 20 off a very mediocre meal in the restaurant. I think they'd be far better off burying the $ 20.00 into the price of the room. The disappointments: air conditioner in our room was very loud, furnishing were a bit dated and showing some age and the wifi was slow; almost unusable at times. At nearly $ 2,600 for 4 nights, parking, taxes, resort fees and one sub-par meal included, everything about your stay should be exceptional. If back in Kelowna, we would definitely consider staying here again, based mainly on location.
GGuest UserThe room was recently renovated, and very well featured. The bedroom was nicely partitioned from the rest of the space, and had an excellent bed. The wifi internet connection was quick and consistent despite having multiple devices connected. The location is a little far from the waterfront, but central to the rest of the city and airport.
The hotel was a simple, understated, clean, affordable place to sleep. The bed & pillows were so comfortable. Compared to some of the more expensive brand name hotels this one got one big thing right….an outlet with a mirror in a room other than the bathroom. Makes life easier when there is more than one person trying to get ready at the same time. The continental breakfast was missing tea so thankful for a Starbucks across the street. 20 min walk into the restaurant district & beach.
GGuest UserVery clean room, great staff, and excellent location for enjoying downtown. Indoor pool and hot tub were a nice break. The room had a mini fridge (for drinks and leftovers) and a microwave and single cup coffee maker (ask for extra coffee pouches). One side faces the main road through town and might be a little loud for some folks, the other side is on the alley (still a decent view). some rooms face the lake and the park. Parking cost $15 per night but is handy and fairly secure.
布布鲁斯kingThe location and room were good, but after booking Ctrip went to the front desk and said that it could not find a reservation, they could open a room directly to check in, but the price was higher than the Ctrip price, contact Ctrip immediately, and then said that a tax is separate, so it is expensive, Ctrip I took the initiative to refund the difference to me and praised Ctrip, but the hotel did not connect the tax-included price with Ctrip. I hope to correct it in time
GGuest UserI was pleased to see my room. very clean and comfortable bed. newly renoed they have kitchenette units as well. great location. my vehicle has some battery issue and the staff helped me out in replacing the battery. will definitely stay here again.
