Located in West Ottawa, the hotel is conveniently located next to the market, with Walmat walking for 10 minutes and Ottawa Outlets nearby. The room was clean and the front desk staff was warm. The hotel’s restaurant is also good, offering burger sandwiches. Free parking

Hotel service is very good, I thought it was far from convenient to the shopping center, but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus service, and it is dedicated to the bus is not a car, the room is very comfortable, like

I expected more from Glö than I received. I chose Glö as a ”treat” for a couple's getaway, as it was a newer hotel and appeared like it would be snazzier than the usual fare. Pros: The bathroom was very nice, and the complimentary toiletries are top notch. The rooms are very clean. The mattress was very comfortable and the TV was a decent size. Cons: The rooms are incredibly small, and while they are nicely furnished, the tiny ”couch” seat was more form than function (i.e. prettier than it was comfortable). The front desk staff seemed very new and clueless on basic hospitality essentials, like how to work the in-room television. It also took ages for a response from front desk on how to work the TV and the issue wasn't even resolved. I probably will not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone I know, as there are so many hotels to choose from in Kanata that offer better, more knowledgeable service and better pricing.

Very satisfied with the facilities and services of the hotel. In the morning, you can make homemade waffles. It is the best choice for self-driving friends. There are also free ice machines, coffee, refrigerators and microwaves. Refrigerated in the refrigerator, very convenient, highly recommended!

Much happier with my stay here this time around! Decided to give it one more try to see if it had improved, and it really had. Enjoyed the weekend at this location; used the fitness room (a first for me), and was pleased with the breakfast offerings. The room itself was lovely and large, the bed was comfortable and the bed linens were clean and soft. The bathroom was merely ok; the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor a bit which made things slippery, but we managed. Was happy for the minifridge and the TV was fine quality; I enjoyed being able to sign into my streaming service accounts and watch movies. As long as the price stays reasonable, I'm sure I'll be back, as it's very convenient to many places in Kanata.

I loved this hotel! A little off the beaten path, but worth it due to good pricing and proximity to Tanger Outlets and the highway. I've visited twice now and will be sure to book again when needed. Pros: Rooms are a very decent size, and the hotel just opened recently as of this review, so everything is gleaming clean and new. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are lovely. Cons: The TV could be a little larger, and I'm sad that despite marketing materials to the contrary, we weren't able to connect the TV through my YouTube account as I have been able to do at other hotels, but it was a small disappointment compared to the pros. My largest concern is how quickly the right-hand elevator door closes without warning; it bashed me a good one as I was walking in , and while I can take it.and brush that off, had that been a small child they could have been seriously hurt. Please get that checked out. In summary, I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, quiet, recently priced place to stay while visiting Kanata 😁

The stay was nice, as always. The hotel is very well kept and the aroma as you enter the front lobby from the outside is breathtaking. It is a very pleasant smell and right away you are made to feel welcome and ”right at home.”

It is a good choice for family travel, the price is not high, we booked a room type with breakfast, double bed room + a sofa bed, the room is clean and tidy, and the overall experience is not bad.
