Our apartment was HUGE! We had been disappointed on arrival at other hotels on our road trip, where wide angle lenses had obviously been used for the photos and the rooms ended up being tiny, but not at Sutton Place! We had 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen/dining/sitting room, a laundry room and a large balcony with a 6-person table. And bearing in mind this hotel was such good value for money compared to all the rip-off places in Jasper and Banff! The pool isn’t huge, but it was a real treat in the heat. There was also an amazing coffee shop underneath our apartment selling delicious pastries for breakfast and a restaurant opposite. We didn’t eat there but did go for cocktails in the sunshine. Favourite hotel on our entire 3 week road trip. 😊😊

The location is beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately far from the main town which is not practical for those like me who don't own a car. There is taxi service for about $30 to get to town, which is actually less than other vacation spots in BC, and the area itself of the hotel is a good getaway from anything loud. I enjoyed my time here. Nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Breakfast is included which is practical but the resto is closed in evenings due to Covid. You can order food if needed.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for one night on our way to Kelowna from Calgary. The front desk was helpful, but didn’t honour my husband’s government rate because he didn’t have official ID on him despite him offering several different types of proof of his employment with the federal government. The beds were comfortable, the room was pretty small for the 5 of us and barely fit the cot for our youngest daughter. For those travelling with small children, note that there is only a shower, no bathtub. Breakfast was pretty typical, with waffle maker etc. but bacon was already gone by 8:30 and not replenished so that was a disappointment.
