The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, it is more suitable to travel between Toronto and the Great Falls, and it is a 45-minute drive from Toronto Airport. Outside the hotel is the view of the Great Lake, recommended! The ice cream on the side is not recommended, too sweet.

The hotel is very quiet, the breakfast is pure Western style, many are cold, including milk and boiled eggs, which do not match my living habits. However, the service staff helped me heat the milk and chatted with us, very nice.
When I entered the store, I asked for our credit card. It was said that it was a miscellaneous fee. I brushed 100 Canadian dollars. I thought it was a check-in deposit, but it was not returned to us when I checked out. We walked in a hurry and forgot to ask what the fee was. If the hotel sees it, please reply to me.

I was in town to attend a convention and was given one of the newly renovated rooms. Kudos to the designers. All of the pieces are stand alone which should make for ease of upgrades in the future. The movable computer table tucked into the bottom of the shelf was versatile to use. The room had a good number of USB ports. The moveable bench under the entry wall mirror also gave extra sitting uses. The bathroom shower with the control at the entry to the shower was convenient. The refillable shampoos and washes was appreciated. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Even though there were ongoing construction activities, it had little impact on my stay at the hotel. The advance email reminders and advance check out options were efficent. An enjoyable stay. Will look forward to returning to see all of the upgrades.
Visited here last year for our anniversary and said we would bring the kids back this year—so we did…and it was just as good as before! The little touches at this hotel are what make it great—the Nespresso coffee makers, the chips and drinks in the room, the postcards you can write and mail, the robes, and more. We were upgraded to a lake view which was great, despite the rainy weather. Any my sons loved the pool area more than anything. I think we are going to make this a yearly thing. The location is a great base to explore the area. This year we did a ropes course nearby. We are an outdoorsy family and can’t wait to come back and check out more!
This is such a fantastic facility!!! Their customer service is top tier. I passed by the GM (Mila) in the hallway. She stopped and greeted me. She asked about my stay and if I needed anything. It was just speaking with a dear aunt or very interested inn keeper. It's simply wonderful. My check-in was a breeze. My room was clean and spacious. I was unsure about dinner and went to the front desk for assistance. I was warmly greeted by Kim (a newly promoted team member). She took out a legal pad and inquired about my food preferences. She filled about a page and a half of different dining options. Bravo, Kim!!! Great job, Mila!!!! I can't wait to see you and the team again.
A typical Western breakfast, I like it more. The rooms are large and clean, especially the mattresses are good, and they are comfortable to sleep, unlike some hotel mattresses that are soft and collapsed. There is a small swimming pool in the hotel, but I don't have time to play. The hotel is conveniently located in the Burlington service area. The front desk clerk at the hotel is also very nice.

I have never been a guest who complains about hotels. I travel extensively, and always find being pleasant is a better way to move forward with concerns. HOWEVER...this time was the exception. After a very long day on crutches, I arrived at the front desk and had to wait while the two guest agents continued to discuss some discrepancies the one had found in paperwork. It seemed they were trying to figure out where some money didn't add up. When they finally addressed me, as I stood on my crutches (broken leg in its 7th week of recovery), they were only barely friendly. We went through the usual reservation details, and by then I was visibly wilting and in pain from standing so long. When I was handed my room keys, I was directed that our room was upstairs and the stairs were pointed at. I asked if there was an elevator, and was told there wasn't. Fair enough...I could have researched that but didn't think of it. I asked if I could please have a main floor room since I was on crutches, referencing them with a gesture. Imagine my surprise upon hearing that there was none available -- in a hotel that size, on a Wed. midweek!!! I was flabbergasted. Still, I said okay, guess it was the stairs. Still, no apologies, offer of help, or even commiseration. Just moved back to talking about the paperwork issue! I shrugged and my son and I made our move to the stairs...only to discover we were LITERALLY in the second last room of the second floor! Not only that, our room was in the extension of the hallway down yet another hall! We not only had the longest walk and one already lengthy stair climb...but also had an ADDITIONAL five stairs to go to reach the extension hall!!! By the time I got to our room I was in tears from the pain. I have never in my life called the front desk of a hotel in an irate state, but I did that day. Called and let them know that I couldn't believe that this was the only room they could give me, that I was a Choice member but would never be back again, and that their service was appalling. They left me standing and waiting while they discussed something that could have waited, made no effort to offer a chair or expedite my registering, and gave me the farthest room they could ever have found. We were so upset we skipped the free continental breakfast the next morning and went out the stairs at the end of our hallway to save the distance walking. Just appalling. These two people were the worst guest service agents I have ever encountered. Frankly, someone needs to be fired.
