Find the Cheap Piracicaba Hotels

Desta vez ficamos em outro layout de quarto. O quarto sempre limpo assim como o banheiro, box, roupas de banho e de cama. Senti a falta de um móvelzinho para colocar e abrir a mala (fica uma sugestão). O café da manhã também estava muito bom (só não entendi porque a cobrança caso queira omelete, tapioca). Os colaboradores tanto da recepção como do café da manhã são muito atenciosos!

Arrived at the property early at 10am from international flight and was not able to check-in but realized other people were checking in before us and not having to wait. finally at 3pm i approached the desk and inquired if the room was ready. Just so happens a room was ready exactly at 3pm so completed the check in process, got keys and went up to the smallest nastiest room you could only imagine. I quickly went to the desk and said that’s not the room we booked. Thankfully I had the our reservation printed out indicating a suite and comparing pictures on the website we were given a basic standard room. When questioning the front desk staff, they went silent only speaking Portuguese in front of me like secretive. They went to get the manager, Gunter who came of a back office smiling asking how he can help. however after telling him what my problem was he quickly changed faces and began to tell me over and over that we got the room i booked, referring to a standard room, although i’m holding a printed copy of my suite booking?? Gunter or Gunther (i actually had to ask later as he would not tell me his name). We went back and forth in conversation telling me I was illusional with the room and that i got the standard i booked. I showed him my confirmation print out indicating the suite booked and he actually told me that I can have the suite but would have to pay the difference in rate. This outraged me and I immediately called our booking agent to report his repeated attempt to fraud me into paying more money. I requested to leave immediately because of the discrimination received by Gunter and the insults he continued to express to the staff in portuguese thinking I only spoke English. (Don’t judge your guests by the book) Gunter refused to offer a full refund stating i had checked in earlier in the morning? This was getting crazier, i reminded him I had just received keys as they denied any early check in and he was fully aware seeing me all day around the lobby. This hotel is the worst in all levels of expectations; service, cleanliness and professionalism…if discrimination is what you want then this hotel is for you, otherwise STAY AWAY!!!!!

The hotel is very well located, near the center and road of Piracicaba.When I went, breakfast was not served for COVID-19, but no discount was given for that. Receptionists are very nice (I don't remember the names, but they work on the part of the day and the night), it really cares to want to help and advise on the best nearby options (restaurants, pharmacies, markets, etc). Then then, when I arrived, I had a shuttle in the bottom and hair in some points of the apartment, the final value without coffee is a little salty, because there are better options for the same value or even cheaper. I would give another chance only for the service of the staff.

We stayed three nights at the Beira Rio Palace on my last visit to Piracicaba. The hotel’s conveniently located along the river and has ample parking. There’s a great Churrascaria next door with live entertainment. The party winds down at midnight. The rooms are basic but functional. Internet service could be improved. Breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs were too runny for my taste. The hotel lobby was festively decorated for Christmas and I greatly appreciated their laundry service.

O hotel está bem localizado, Minha hospedagem foi a trabalho, com pernoite de uma noite. O quarto standard localizado no 3º andar é pequeno, simples e com tranquilidade. Fiquei bem acomodada por estar sozinha, para 2 pessoas fica desconfortável. Higienização adequado aos padrões da COVID-19, com lençóis e toalhas brancas, quarto aparentemente reformado. Excelente café da manhã, com várias opções, atendendo a todos os paladares. Gostei e recomendo. Atendimento cordial e simpático desde a recepção até o restaurante. Funcionários demonstram contentamento em trabalhar no hotel. Única ressalva, ar condicionado apresenta ruído pouco elevado, podendo interferir no total desligamento para dormir.

The hotel is located in the centre of a easy access street. The room is large, the bed and the dressing are comfortable. It has a TV with several channels. Wifi takes good. The cleaning was perfect. All in good condition, shows you care and renovate the room equipment. The breakfast is good, variable, and I thought that coffee itself could be a little more tasty but with milk it is acceptable, and I had a sweet bread with cocoa q I thought it was half hard, dry (maybe it was old). In compensation I had some good sweets, fruit, cakes, I generally liked. The care is very hearty, we'd come back next time.

Um hotel de ótimo atendimento, boa infraestrutura, ótima limpeza, situado em uma região super agradável. Senão fosse o colchão muito duro, seria perfeito. Suas inúmeras qualidades fazem com seja uma das melhores recomendações de hospedagem de Piracicaba,

Ótimo ambiente. Excelente iluminação natural. Acomodações impecáveis. O banheiro é muito bem organizado. Tudo com excelente manutenção e aparência de novo.Limpeza impecável. O espaço da Piscina é muito agradável. Restaurante confortável, aconchegante e comida maravilhosa Considerei o Hotel bem familiar. Não ouvi um ruído sequer durante a noite, apesar da diversidade de Hóspedes que lá estavam: vi muitos jovens, vi casais, vi equipe de produção de Fernando e Sorocaba, eu mesma fiz parte de um grande grupo de Músicos e Musicistas que se hospedou no final de semana e, todos, sem exceção, amamos o atendimento. Aaaamei também o atendimento no Restaurante. Todas carismáticas e dedicadas, mas Vanessa Souza se destacou: alegria e doçura pura. A colabora Vanessa Souza é maravilhosa. E Alessandra, a Gerente, garantiu com maestria que tudo saísse muito bem e acolhedor. Ponto negativo para o WIFI: não foi possível acessar por todo o período. Pra mim, só um detalhe. Continuo 100% satisfeita.
