Passamos o Reveillon com minha familia neste hotel. Gostamos muito, de todos os pequenos detalhes que tem esse hotel. Lembra muito um resort de otima qualidade. Camas, lencois, chuveiro, o quarto como um todo maravilhoso. O atendimento no geral muito bom, desde a recepcao ao pessoal da piscina e restaurante. A comida uma delicia. Festa de Reveillon tambem adoramos, decoracao, musica, ambiente e ate a recrecao . Superou muito nossa expectativa. Hotel nota 10. Voltaremos com concerteza

Good morning! We used this hotel for the second time. Parking is wide, although most vacationes are discovered. We arrived Saturday night, and as we had to leave very early last morning, we asked the coffee time at the reception: 6:30. But it was informed that we could arrive 6:20 to start the coffee earlier even not having all items available yet. When we arrived at 6:20 on Sunday, 07/01/24, the official said he had to wait until 6:30 to get into the coffee area. When he gave 6:30, the three staff who were in the kitchen and reception summoned. We waited until 6:34, and we went to the kitchen door to see what was going on, and they were talking there; we just said we had a deal, and they released to take breakfast. I found a lack of responsibility, because they had already seen that we were in a hurry, and I thought they did so intentionally to delay us even more. Finally, a situation that I personally have been annoyed by the “birre” of collaborators who should try to please the client. The hotel service was perfect, the receptionist and the security were super careful, helped us very well in everything we need, recommended much, and we love to be in the hotel

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura para família e para os pets. Gostei do espaço junto ao quarto para meu cachorro, amplo e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é muito bom, gostamos da qualidade dos alimentos e variedade, que condiz com o valor da diária. O restaurante, quando decidimos comer lá, nos atendeu bem. Valor dos vinhos é justo, assim como o valor dos pratos, pois são bem bem servidos. O que não gostamos foi que nosso quarto ficou sem arrumação pois não pedimos. Não fomos comunicados que seria necessário pedir para arrumar o quarto e deixar a chave, pois não havia cópia da chave convencional. Fazer uma cópia de chave é algo simples e rápido, não sei porque não providenciam isso. A moça que faz a arrumação é simpática e atenciosa, mas a falha de comunicação sobre ter que solicitar a arrumação foi o que pecou.

Tudo perfeito, acomodações amplas e muito limpas, café da manhã excelente!
