Foi nossa segunda vez no hotel e mais uma vez gostamos muito! É o que se espera de um hotel da rede. Atendimento gentil, praticidade e limpeza. Tem uma boa localização também. Não tomamos o café da manhã que é pago a parte. Com toda certeza voltaríamos!

The staff was perfect. I was well received in the city, the Hotel has some amazing points of view of the city in case you're looking for a good place to take a shoot of the landscape. The hotel was well cleaned and the staff was always ready to be at service. If you're going to Natal/RN, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

· Único ponto positivo foi ter sentido cheiro de Cândida ao chegar, o que nos deu segurança de saber que o quarto tinha sido pelo menos, limpo. Ah e o quarto tem um bom espaço. · Hotel velho, parece de beira de estrada. Quarto grande, cama ok, bom espaço. Cama bem molenga e de rodinhas o que foi esquisito porque ela se mexia. Para uma noite somente até vai. Mais que isso não. Quarto virado para avenida extremamente movimentada, e muito barulhento. Não conseguimos dormir durante a noite e principalmente quando começou a amanhecer. De manhã, demos uma olhada no café da manhã, mas preferimos ir comer numa padaria que foi mil vezes melhor. Tinha muitos itens faltando no buffet, isso porque era ainda 8h da manhã. Sobre o banheiro: “organizado”, mas não tive coragem de tomar banho. Paredes meio sujas (aquele grude de gordura que fica em banheiro mal lavado) ainda bem que foi somente uma noite. Ao chegarmos no hotel por volta das 18h o recepcionista estava bocejando muito alto e se espreguiçando. E assim continuou até acabar seu bocejo mesmo me vendo parada na frente dele aguardando. Ali já tive uma ideia de em qual nível de hotel estava chegando. Piscina esquisita, virada pra rua por fora do hotel. Qualquer um que quiser entrar, entra. Enfim. Não recomendo. Com certeza você encontrará opções melhores.

The Villa Park Hotel was a recommendation from our agency for a night, since we arrived at Christmas at 2 o'clock and the trip to Touros would take more 1:30, we were tired. We are surprised by the hotel; the location for the next destination was convenient, the rooms are simple but spacious, comfortable and with a very pleasant bed. The bathroom is wide, with a shower that invited to extend the bathroom. The hotel has air conditioning and the room is well-cooled for the warmth of the region. Breakfast was simple, tasty and in a suitable amount. The covered parking was wide and easy to access. One point to be improved is the ventilation at the breakfast place, because when we arrived to take coffee, it was quite disturbed.

This property seats on a privileged location, beautiful beach. Although you cannot swim at the beach because of the rocks and reefs, the views from the property are breathtaking. This hotel needs better maintenance. It’s definitely due to a major upgrade, but if the administration would take better care of some minor details, such as cleaning floors better, fixing mirrors and light switches, it would make a big difference. The black out shades do not work and it would be very simple to fix, they just need to lower the blinds to cover the sliding doors completely. The breakfast and dinner are good, the staff is friendly but not very accommodating.

Me and my family booked the double suite that supposed to be the best that the hotel had to offer. But it was a big disappointment. The structure was old, paint on the walls coming off, sheets with stains, the balcony was full of dust and dirty, we found multiple cockroaches at the bathroom, the shower was horrible to keep the flow of water and keep it warm, the buffet was okish, not the best or remarkable but at least you won't be starving. The service at the weekend is a nightmare, during breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was no plates, cups, enough food.... I believe the hotel is still trying to be back to the great days, but need to improve a lot to be considered one of the best of Natal. Oh, it's tough to get uber at the hotel, be prepared for at least 15min wait to get someone.

WISH NATAL is beautiful and very well located. If peace and tranquility is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. If you have young children, that will work too. The hotel is a little dated, you can see some bruises here and there, but the cleanliness is top notch. The staff is very warm and makes you feel very welcome. Waiters like ”King” Arthur, Junior, Djalmir and Creusa made our stay much more pleasant. Saulo, the pool bartender is a very talented guy and keeps the bar running like clockwork. They should definitely fix the elevators (they malfunction all the time) and provide some afternoon menu (cheese bread, cakes, pancakes or tapioca to pair with the espresso). I mean, the food is very good, it only felts short on that aspect. The bedroom needs some light control improvements and better storage, all this is much better in the suites. The ocean view from our balcony was BREATHTAKING! The entertainment team does whatever it takes to please you and keep the kids occupied without disturbing the environment (everyone gets what they want), including beach tennis, pool aerobics and beach activities. The beach itself was great but too windy for us to take advantage of the nice beach chairs and umbrellas, good for a walk though (sunscreen is a must). Overall it's a very nice place that I recommend to friends who want to spend a week or two in Natal.
