The hotel is easy to reach by car. They have standard rooms but also apartments. The rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. A special thank you to the cleaning staff. The parking lot is big. You can access it any time thanks to your room key.

great hotel with great gym, pool and spa facilities, all the staff are very polite and professional, the hotel is kept very clean. the hotel is very busy at all times so i would recommend booking a table if you intend to eat there, it is especially busy on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday when they have an excellent buffet for 40 euros each, lots of children attend the Friday one, and stay over with families, but all three nights are busy. also lots of conference's held at hotel, car park is another thing that fills every night, even the overflow one. shows how good a hotel this is.

We have chosen this beautiful place for our marriage unfortunately the politeness and gentleness of some of the local managers are far from the minimum syndical you could hope for this kind of place... the evening of the marriage I hear me say By the owner that there is a seminar and that I therefore have no noise and not to enclosure the passage and that it is a privilege to let me decorate the room that I've hired over €3000 and that I've chosen it well so it is at its conditions ! My guests and my service providers have literally been attacked and threatened to be fucked at the door by madame. The commitments made by the owners have not been respected and even the evening we meet with our naked singer changing out of her room without even having the opportunity to get her scene costumes... Although we are We had a calm discussion the next morning, but I can unfortunately only give a negative opinion on this beautiful place. I can only advise you to find another place for your marriage if you want to avoid this kind of extra stress...

Nice hotel. Room was sparsely decorated but had everything we needed. Bathroom was very small but the shower was good There is no lift but the stairs to the first floor weren't difficult even with my bad knee. Our room overlooked the battlefield which was perfect for my husband, and if we hung out of the window a bit we could see the lions mound. Breakfast was usual fair, continental and a not do British with scrambled egg and smokey bacon. The only problem was the first morning we got down the egg had all gone and wasn't replaced and the bacon was very hard. The hotel itself looks tired in places but there was a notice stating it is under new management so maybe it will be redecorated or refurbished at some point. All three nights we ate in the hotel restaurant - the food was delicious and service very good. Language not too much of a problem but knowledge of a smattering of French does help at times. Tip - there is a QR code on the top of the menu which translates it into English on your phone

We pass once a year through Brussels and always stayed in town but Waterloo is much more convenient, less crowded, less expensive to park ... and the Côté Vert is charming, quiet, and offers a pleasant restaurant with an interesting selection, and good quality at fair prices (250€ for 4 people à la carte, inlc. a bottle of wine). And the staff and service are perfect, courteous and efficient. Decoration of the hallways and rooms is a bit drab and aggressive but these are details.

I visit regularly and it’s always a pleasure to return. The staff is friendly, caring and very accommodating. The beds are comfortable and I highly rate the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I will admit the carpets could do with a deep clean or replacing, for some rooms, but other than that it’s spot on. The parking allows for electric charging points and it is secured by a gate. Although it’s near the train track, the noise is not a problem. However, be prepared to hear some happy noises from the football teams when they return from winning a game. It doesn’t last for long, but at least you’re warned. Food wise, dinner is always a pleasure as the dishes are cooked with care and it’s always delicious. Breakfasts are lovely, my only regret is that it doesn’t start until 7. If it could start at 6:30 or 6:45 it would be quite convenient for me. Anyway, I return every 8 weeks and I always know it will be a pleasant stay.
