I had a reservation and my trip was moved forward a day and this company wouldn't move my booking despite the fact that they advertise flexible booking ( this was over a month until my trip so there was plenty of notice given) I was told there was no availability but I found the exact same room for the date I needed to change to on their website. I booked this and asked if they could waive their cancellation fee as I hadn't completely cancelled and they were still getting my money, it was just a day earlier than planned. I was told that I couldn't do this and was going to be charged the full £100 if I cancelled and rebooked with the same company, plus the charge for the new room. This is an extremely greedy company that isn't really interested in helping their customers or building relationships with customers they just want your money then they don't care. I had a three week trip around Europe booked with IBIS hotels and I will certainly be cancelling all of them and never using them again as they lie when they advertise their flexibility. Good location, right on the side of the highway. The price is real and the breakfast is plentiful.

Similar to the group rental of the homestay ➕, there is no signboard outside, and I can't find it at first. There is no spacious front desk like the general hotel lobby. There is a little space on the 0th floor. Near the subway line. There are 3 compartments on each floor, and the compartment I live in has 5 households. The compartment has a door and a password is required to enter. There is a strong fragrance in the compartment, I don't like it. The room also needs a password. It seems that the door lock is not very secure and a bit lacking in security. There is a simple kitchen, no kettle, and the bathroom bathroom is OK. Sound insulation is average. Hotel supplies are average. With generally higher prices in Brussels, this hotel is a reluctant option.

We loved our 3 night here. Visited for a concert nearby and have been so pleased with experience All correspondence before we arrived has been brilliant. The hotel is one minute from the tram in a nice area. There was a very friendly welcome and beer ready for us when we arrive. We were even loaned travel card to help us get around. Our bedroom was stunning. Breakfast was also great. We loved our stay and found everyone super helpful.

I stayed for one night here bei g in the city for a football trip. The hotel is everything I would expect from an Ibis, no thrills, but clean, and comfortable. The room was decent and the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was fine albeit fairly small. The breakfast was decent, all you can eat and drink with a selection of hot , cold meats with cheese, fruits, pastries and yoghurts and toast and it all tasted good. Slight complaint that I waited at the bar to get served and was ignored so gave up - but otherwise the staff were fine. Another bonus is the hotel is literally a few minutes walk from Erasmus metro station which is only 20 minutes from the city centre. I would use it again.
