Positives. The hotel upon driving up to the entrance all looked lovely and promising of a very good hotel and upon entrance into hotel all looks really uptogether mdern and staff were friendly. Spent one night in the hotel. What a mistake to book here! Hotel is worn-out, seems that room has not been refreshed for decades. Does not correspond to the pictures advertised. Feels like in being in the 90ies or before. One example: there was only one electricity socket in the room that was not even working. Complained at the reception. Answer: you are not the first to mention it. Breakfast service: no staff around. When looking for them as needed food that corresponds allergies, found both ladies in the backroom having their breakfast instead of being with guests. Spa service: dirty walls (moulds) around. Again, far from what you expect from a hotel that officially holds 4 stars. The owner should look around to see what 4stars mean. This is justs a rip-off as the price was still high, certainly if you consider what you get for your money. So in a nutshell, avoid this hotel if you look for a spa and 4star experience and look for another one that actually delivers on the promises.
For the price I paid for my room, I expected a LOT more. I travel a lot and very often around Europe and the USA and this hotel is one of the worst value for money hotels I have had the misfortune to experience - you are charging PREMIUM prices for dark, miserable rooms where I even had to cliimb upstairs to go to bed. The bed was on a mezzanine where I had to stoop to avoid banging my head on the ceiling as I am a tall man and the polished wooden stairs made me feel very anxious that I would slip going down them especially in the middle of the night. The coffee cups were damaged (chipped) and you have the AUDACITY to offer cheap recycled toilet paper in a a dispenser that I have only seen in the cheapest BUDGET hotels!!! Not even a roll of toilet paper!! Cheap single sheets from a plastic holder!!! And you charge €184 per night for THIS?? It is ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. I am not happy AT ALL with paying such a high price for an overnight stay . You should be charging HALF the room rate. Unfortunately I had no time to ask for a better room or a refund as I had an evening engagement in Verviers but I will not be staying in your hotel again. Whilst the woman on the checkout desk was apologetic and offered me contact details for your customer care team for a future stay in one of your hotels in the region, this is not going to happen as it will be at least a year before I return to Verviers/Spa and I would have preferred a partial refund instead. I most certainly will not recommend your hotel based on this experience. A refund of at least 1/3 of the price of my stay would be helpful but I suspect that is not going to happen.

We had booked a suite to see what the best possible experience in YUST could be. We were lucky to do so. The room had a quite luxurious feel to it, with some cosy elements like the curtains around the bed, that in combination with the turning TV could make the bed feel like a private cinema! The cleaning was oke and all necessary kitchen tools were available. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the rooftop, and the city construction works around the building make the parking a bit difficult to find. All taken into considerations, I would recommend!
I stayed here for 2 nights and what a lovely place it was. Right opposite SNCB Liege Guillemins station so super easy to get to and there are a few places to eat and drink around the hotel so no problems there. Breakfast was fine and filling and also there are a number of local buses stopping at the transport hub over the road. A nice spot indeed and clean and comfortable.
Very clean and modern—just what you need for a restful night in Liege. The service was really friendly, and the rooms have a cute nod towards the rich Belgian culture of cartoons. Each room is decorated with a different cartoon theme! The free breakfast in the morning was a nice convenience to have. Baked goods, cereal, fruit, meats, coffee, tea… basically everything you could want. Location was really easy to walk to the train station, and just a little walk to the historic center of the city.
You can see the hotel once you step out from the train station. The hotel is a bit dated, but when you enter the room, you have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom is very clean. They even have a luggage holder in the room. The Old town is a bit far from the train station, you can easily get a bus. If you walk to the Old town, it is a easy walk and you can also explore the city. The hotel has a restaurant, very popular, food is good as well.
