The hotel is fantastic. In the middle of the mountain, our car is very exciting. The parking lot is also half-sloping. The car is tilted and parked, just like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There is no scenery... The breakfast here is very very nice. I will still will come……

It’s not easy get a parking space in Mostar but we reserved one in Villa. It’s walking distance to get into the centre. We received warm welcome by the staffs. The room is cozy and tidy.

We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small.
It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old.
The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo.
The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket .
I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.

Very nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park.
Breakfast was nice too, everything’s fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist.
The price for no. of guests staying varies, so make sure you enter correctly.
Overall very happy here.

A short stay for a day, the hotel is quite close to Old Bridge , there are shortcuts to go directly from the hotel to the old street. The room was large and clean and tidy, and it was quite quiet at night.
The hotel supervisor is very enthusiastic and has been chatting with you. The waiter will also help you carry your luggage to the room and help you carry your luggage from the room to the car when you check out. (Remember to tip)
The nearest parking lot to the hotel is called: Parking 5 star. 12 euros a day, but the parking payment machine can use Bosnian coins. The front desk of the hotel will remind you very intimately and help you change the euro to Bosnian coins. The service is full!
The hotel also offers dinner, very authentic Bosnian cuisine, fish and lamb recommended!

MMiemieSueReally a super surprise stay! All aspects are beyond expectations! Renovated brand new apartments, large space and new facilities. The landlord and his wife are super nice, good communication and friendly! And the landlord pays great attention to details, not only clean, but also considers the needs of the guests very well. He has prepared a complete set of kitchen utensils, tableware, slippers, washing machine, and even sewing kits. Any needs can be met at any time. It feels like being in your own home. The location is at the train station. Between the mall, there is a supermarket downstairs, and it is completely OK to walk to the old city, even suitable for long-term living! In short, if you want to find a safe ”home” feeling in the trip, it is highly recommended here!

I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money. Also, don’t believe the picture, the actual location and the picture are not the same place at all.

XXiaonvzeiOn the 8th and 9th floors of the big shopping mall, parking is free. The entrance to the parking lot is a little hard to find, but it's okay, mainly because of road repairs at the entrance. The navigation is a little slow, the parking lot is very beautiful, the security is also very good, if you can't find the parking card, just open the door and let you in. The girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic. It's two or three kilometers away from the ancient bridge, you can take a taxi at the entrance.

萨萨迦长孙无忌The location is very good, 10 minutes from the old bridge in the city centre and 15 minutes from the coach station. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The rooms are large and clean. It's just not easy to find in a small alley.

GGuest UserThe breakfast is awesome. I stayed two nights, but I only had one day breakfast because the next day I had to leave early, no price deduction. Location is just right in the old town. I carried a heavy luggage to walk through uneven road (the old bridge), it was nightmare. Suggestion, you can use the opposite direction. Maybe low season, many shops are closed. Thanks Hotel Emen still available for the stays😊

MMuhsinSWe booked the most expensive room for its bridge view. Finally, whatwe got in return was a huge wall 2 meters away from the window which is not even similar to the view and blocks everything. Later, we learned that the photos in the ad were taken from the building next door, which is currently under renovation.
Despite everything, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the taxi they provided us to reach our next stop.

GGuest UserThis hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here.
PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned.
