Room was spacious and clean. Facilities in the room were acceptable. Breakfast was decent. Parking available on site. It’s about 15min drive from central Sarajevo. Quiet location with cafe, supermarket and petrol pump just across the hotel.

The owner is very nice, the room is clean and tidy, and a large terrace. Parking is very convenient. It takes less than ten minutes to drive around the city and it is very quiet. Have a good night.

In fact, the navigation guide is at the back door of his house. It is very convenient to go out to the old city from the back door. The smiles and enthusiasm of the father and son calmed our anxiety. We settled down with peace of mind and used the kitchen they provided to cook Chinese food. We were quite satisfied.

The room was great! I was amazed when I arrived at the hotel on the first day. I took a bus from the station directly to the hotel. I could find the route by checking Google Maps. The suite was super big, with a hall, two toilets, and a big master bedroom. The restaurant had a microwave and an induction cooker. If I stayed for a few more days, I could cook for myself. The whole hotel was very quiet, the breakfast was rich, and the front desk service was also superb. It was the best experience in Sarajevo.

Very bad service, very friendly to foreigners! My reservation included breakfast, but the front desk said with a straight face that it was not available! You didn't ask about breakfast, but they didn't tell you that there were hot dishes available for ordering, and the foreigners next to you could have them! The front desk seemed to owe them money! The air conditioner was broken in the 30-degree summer, and the toilet flushing needed to be adjusted constantly, otherwise the water would not stop flowing! The order at the door next to it was left for a day and a night and was not collected! It was disgusting to look at! Chinese tourists don't need to make reservations, there are more conveniently located hotels everywhere in the old city!
