Have spent six days in this hotel. Impression very favorable. The room was without balcony but clean and comfortable. The room has a refrigerator, a TV (there is a Russian-speaking channel), a safe, an electric teapot. Two bottles of water, tea and coffee, in the bathtub, shampoo, were left every day. Towels changed every day. Cleaning is also daily. On the first day they brought a dish with fruit as a greeting. polite staff speaks Russian and English. A little far from the sea and the embankment, but a taxi to help)). We liked everything, and the city is very beautiful and peculiar. A beautiful attitude to historical buildings.

Pros :
- Good location. Not too far from city centre/ town area/ nice restaurants.
- Customer service was on par. The staff always greeted with a smile and provided help when needed.
- Relatively clean room and environment.
- Near a park with exercising equipment.
Cons:
- Breakfast was decent and was freshly prepared. However, it was a bit disappointing that they had the same layout and dishes throughout our 5-day stay. It would have been nice to see more breakfast options.

Facilities: Generally speaking, it is useless. Breakfast starts at 8 o'clock. The variety of food is a bit poor. The most delicious ones are biscuits.
Health: Not bad, very clean
Environment: Not in the downtown area, but it’s more convenient to take a taxi
Service: The overall service level in Azerbaijan is very average. If you don’t have expectations, you won’t be disappointed😞
It is worth mentioning that the hotel did not know that the rights were exchanged for early check-in and breakfast. You can do this after communicating with customer service later.
