The room is cleaned by yourself after staying for a few days, no one cleans it for you. The kitchen utensils are useful and deserve praise. The space is spacious. I am quite satisfied. There is a separate washing machine and dryer, which is convenient.

This was my second visit to this hotel. It’s quiet, comfortable, has all the amenities, including a kitchen and laundry, and terrific staff. The hotel is in an interesting old part of Melbourne, near Queen Victoria market, 2 supermarkets and several restaurants. You can get a nearby tram into the city or walk to North Melbourne or Flagstaff railway stations. It’s about a 15 minute walk from Southern cross station. Although it was winter I was warm.

The location is very convenient, just in dockland, melbourne centre30 Road is eight minutes away, very clean and well equipped.

The two-bedroom room I booked has a very spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen utensils, making cooking very convenient. The hotel is very close to the city center, with convenient transportation and supermarkets and other commercial places nearby. It is a very good stay experience.

It is run by a Chinese couple. The room is very clean and the toiletries are complete, which is rare in Australia. It's great! The security facilities are complete, and you need to swipe your card to enter the elevator at the door.

Courtyard was a great place to stay in Melbourne CBD. The area was not too busy or too quiet. Being next to a fire station did not affect the peace at all. We would like to thank the reception staff on duty for giving us early morning check in and a free upgrade! The room was spacious, clean and the bed was soo comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for Melbourne CBD! Just a 10 minute walk to QV Market too.

Due to airline problems, I have to stay for a day and make a temporary online reservation. The location of the hotel is quite convenient. I rented it for one night. I originally planned to leave my luggage, but the staff allowed us to check in early. Thank you very much. The room is large and comfortable. The view is open and you can see the Ferris wheel. It is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils, which is convenient for people who cook by themselves. The bed is large, the mattress is moderately hard, and the toilet is particularly large, which is suitable for people in wheelchairs. The washing supplies are complete. There are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. It only takes ten minutes to get to the ”SkyBus” station by car, and it's free of charge. Next time I come to Melbourne, I will also stay in this hotel.

It was a good experience, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is pretty new, located in Dockland ( last stop of the free tram zone), only take 20 minutes to city by free tram, great saving of transportation. We got 2 Queen bed room for 3 peoples, free water, free coffee. Also had swimming pool and gym located in level 6 Highly recommend place for people who want to travel around Melbourne cbd

Our stay at the Minato Marriott was perfect from start to finish! The hotel staff are great and very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day. The location is great and the rooms on the club floor are great in terms of size and facilities. The hotel has a modern feel. Their club lounge is okay, but the Canap selection during cocktail hour is a bit bland.
