Very good value for money. The hotel is nicely renovated with no waste in space. Sheets are very clean and bed is comfortable. Room is neat and has no smell. The only issue is that it could be very nosey during the weekend because there is a bar in the ground floor. I didn’t experience it because I stayed in weekdays.
Adara St. Kilda was the perfect location for our needs, only about 300m from our function. As we are 2 friends, it's great that they offer two beds, although very firm mattresses. Room was small, but had all the required amenities and we were only there to basically sleep, shower and leave next morning. Handy to have supermarket next door for some real milk, snacks and brekky supplies if required.
Amanda was super helpful, she phoned to confirm details soon after booking, explained the late check-in if required and arranged it for us as we were possibly going to be late. On earlier arrival she recognised my name and recalled our conversation and personalised the check-in experience using our names and discussion from phone call - a very nice touch. I would book again if I needed a place to stay in this area.
The location was very good. Tram stop was directly next to The Hamptons. The apartment had everything we needed.
The bed was a little on the small side and was soft so not good if you are use to a firm mattress.
Views from our spacious balcony was good.
Water pressure in shower and the hand held shower head was okay but not great.
The Hamptons greeting and customer service was excellent.
Yes, I’d recommend if you would like to stay outside Melbourne CBD

Very nice convenient, clean Hotel in a great suburb of Melbourne. Will definitely not like the world on fire in terms of differential from other hotels within this category, but it served its purpose very well. Would recommend staying here.
The receptionist didn’t provide good service didn’t help while changing room but other than it was a good hotel and at a good location if you wanna move around in city

RRandyVery artistic hotel design but facilities are old. The location is 30mins tram away from main city which is acceptable and not too crowded. But it’s not in free tram zone. The staffs are very nice and helpful.
KKate GeorgiaOnly stayed one night to work in quite and great for that. Apartment was spacious and had everything you need however it had an odd lay out . A coffee station near kitchen but mire in lounge then a weird desk that was used as a pots and oan cabinet closer to lounge as well . Huge amount of pots and pans but not ione knife. Just nit thought out from perspective if patron. Tga stret its situated on is amazing. The church opposite is special. Infact every building was old and architecturally beautiful.. great place to stay in autumn with the shedding leaves for effect.. it was quiet and was nice but decoecboring, drab, and oddly laud out. I like to feel a warmth and inviting energy when I enter a hotel this was just there to give you twhsy u need to stay away from home for a night in a 1 bedroom apartment in a picturesque street in stkilda....
BBel ZThe high-ceilinged, old-fashioned building exudes a unique charm, though the public bathrooms are a bit small. Rooms near the stairs might be noisy at night due to people coming and going, as there's no elevator. The beds are extremely comfortable, and complimentary drinks, including non-alcoholic options like juice, are available near the front desk. It's thoughtful to have coffee for sale downstairs as well! The common areas are spacious with plenty of spots to use a computer, watch TV, or have a quiet phone call.
GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at St Kilda Beach Hotel. The location was ideal, close to the beach, vibrant nightlife, and charming cafes for brunch. The staff was friendly, and the hotel provided basic facilities with good security measures in place. I appreciated the secure access card system for the doors. However, the wifi was a bit slow, and the lift seemed to require some maintenance. Overall, a decent stay with minor improvements needed
JJustStephHighly recommended!
We had a great stay in a comfortable and spacious room. Location is also great and public transport is close. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Value for money, the price is unbeatable for Australia.
CCola_JCBecause the downtown hotel is too expensive, I booked a hotel 15 minutes drive from the city center. The room looks a bit old overall, but it is still clean. The wooden door of the toilet cannot be completely closed because of the dampness, and it is a bit inconvenient to have a hair dryer, others are acceptable.
GGuest UserThe shared bathroom and the room were simple and clean. The room was a little dusty but clean.
The heating was on and we could use it freely, which was nice.
Sometimes there were all kinds of smells (smoke outside and the delicious smell of cooking in the shared kitchen), but I was fine with it.
