Di & Fred went out of their way with wonderful hospitality. We arrived after reception hours, but were welcomed and provided with a nice cosy room & milk etc. We only stayed for 1 night - would have loved to stay longer! Room was clean ,comfortable spacious and offered everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks Di & Fred for having us. :) Anne & Phil.

Good, clean, spacious, quiet and basic accommodation which was at a price we could manage as a family of five in a Family Room (these are hard to find) Right in the heart of town and an easy walk to everywhere! Car park is a little removed from accommodation. If you have mobility problems I'd suggest parking out the side of the building to unload luggage and move to the parking area after. Otherwise it may be a challenge in wet weather.

We stayed on a powered caravan site. Everything was close at hand, amenity block, camp kitchen etc. You can walk into town via the river, which makes for a lovely walk. Admin staff were very friendly and helpful. All facilities were very clean, unfortunately you do have campers who leave a mess for others.

Excellent
We had the most comfortable stay at the Mandarin Motel. The room was so spacious, clean and quiet. We were made so welcome on our arrival and the motel undercover parking was great. The motel is was close to everything we needed. We would not hesitate in recommending this motel to family and friends. We will definitely be staying here on our next time in Macksville. Thank you for your friendly hospitality.

GGuest UserWe only stayed one night, as we were passing through on our way up the coast in our motorhome. We had a flat site with a double concrete slab which made it so convenient to park. We arrived late in the afternoon & the office was closed but as organised over the phone, an envelope was placed in a safe for us with a detailed map of our site & how to get to it, along with all the info. we needed for our stay. All the facilities were spotlessly clean & well presented. The pool & surrounds were amazing, along with putt putt, mini bowls green, giant chess set, golf driving range, kids playground & fully equipped games room. We can't wait to get back there & spend a lot more time there.
