We arrived late at night, about 10pm. I had tried to call to find out reception times but had had no luck getting through. Thankfully reception was open until midnight and check in was fast and efficient. The amenities where spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The accommodation pods are on stilts and there is some movement if people are walking around but it didn’t bother us at all. Our room (king bed) had a nicely appointed bathroom, nothing huge but still spacious enough, a large cupboard and an area with tea and coffee making facilities , the bedroom was huge with one whole wall of sliding glass doors which in summer would be amazing for opening up to the veranda which is full length. Fantastic views of the animal paddock and the ocean. All the staff we dealt with where so friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the website has no contact phone number details that I could find and the number I got through Trip.com didn’t seem to work, just went to message bank, and there was no details on the website about reception times. The blinds in our room have a reasonable gab between them so a fair bit of light came though in the morning. I’m a light sleeper if it’s not pitch black so I woke early but nothing too concerning. Both easy fixes for the company to make. The accommodation pods have five rooms in them, so excellent for extended family vacations where everyone gets their own space but are all close by. The restaurant and cafe have fantastic views. There is a huge kids playground but I only saw it from a distance. It looked very nice from what I could see. There is animal feeding tours which would great for young families and grandkids. Highly recommend for a lovely quite holiday. Also on the plus side, very close to the airport and Hobart.

Facilities: Very convenient, 5 minutes' drive from the airport. It's okay to walk, it takes more than 20 minutes... but it's a dirt road, so it's best not to walk on it. There's not even a light at night, and the road at Hobart Airport is under construction (it's been under construction for 5 years and it hasn't been repaired yet). Service: Many hotel front desks in Australia are not open 24 hours a day. After the front desk closed, the keys were placed in the mailbox. There are cameras. Just get your own key. Health: Complete facilities, RV base. There is also a clothes drying rack at the door to dry clothes.

The staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. The room and bathroom were spotless. The location was very convenient, with gas stations, food, and snacks available 24 hours just next door. We pre-ordered breakfast for a discounted price and enjoyed the comfortable, firm bed.

Richmond is really a treasure, the town is beautiful! There are many foods! This manor is also the most satisfying of our trip to Tadao, and adults and children feel particularly like it. The room is oversized, the sofa is super comfortable, and the main bathroom has to be 20 square meters. The children enjoyed playing hide-and-seek and would stay one more night before they left The owner has a lot of animals, two horses, alpacas, three dogs and walking chickens. The mother dog Molly is particularly docile and likes to play with children, the puppy is called Bobby, and the three-foot grandma granny. The hall has a lot of historical ornaments, wooden lions, treasure chests and cherry mills. The room has free wifi and will receive more warm email reminders from the host during the stay. Maybe the waiter is not as enthusiastic as in China, this is Tu'ao, it is ok to live happily.

The boss is a Chinese family, very nice and responsive. You can also fish oysters yourself. recommend!

The Richmond Arms Hotel is an impressive heritage building set in this historic town. The room itself is quite comfortable but with shared bathroom facilities. There was quite a delay in checking in as the room was not ready but the bar compensated with a complimentary beverage. The hotel is very popular for lunch and dinner with guests and other customers and the food quality and variety is high. I was very grateful for the staff’s assistance when I misplaced my bank card. The only odd thing was that they featured only American sports on the large TV’s in the lounge but no one seemed to notice or care.

Very nice cottage house, excellent for family to stay in.

The hotel is a little road from the city center. The nearest supermarket is 8 minutes drive. The hotel is very beautiful, but the air conditioning is old-fashioned. No one appears in the whole process. The folder that sees your name is very happy. The place where breakfast is used is self-service. Each table has the name of the room, and the name of the room is named after the owner of the previous hotel.
