Clean and tidy apartment. Location is relatively near the city and has a lot of food options around, with a supermarket nearby too. Carpark lots available for booking too if you are planning to drive at only $10 per night. Can't ask for anything better
Great place to stay my only negative comment would be that the outdoor areas could be cleaner as in the balconies also a few things were not working such the phone and some of the power sockets. Other than that great stay!

I highly recommend Motley, a low-key and luxurious hotel in Richmond. It looks inconspicuous from the outside, but it is very exquisite inside. The design and supplies of the guest rooms are very tasteful, clean and hygienic! Just walk for more than a kilometer to Fitzroy Garden, and it is also very convenient to go to the City. You can take the tram at the door. It is not noisy in the City and the environment is very quiet but convenient. You can reach the City business district on foot or by tram. The coffee shop downstairs is very good. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to send me another bag of candy the next day. The room was already there when I checked in. The service details are very warm and the hotel with a strong sense of design is highly recommended.
It can be flatter and good. It proves once again that there are not many people, the car is small and convenient, the road is free, and it is close to the city and has convenient transportation. The environment is good and you can walk by the river. The hotel is of high quality.

I was surprised this property was rated as high as it was. It was fine, if a little basic. The room was very noisy from both inside and outside the property. Close to public transport but you need it to get anywhere as it is quite far from the main sites.
We had an amazing time , great location next to the MCG , the cooking facilities are really good and the staff ae helpful . We just wanted to mention sometimes the shower flooded under the shower currtain.
The place was cheap and did the job for only going there to sleep. Got what we paid for. It’s fine.
The room description said queen size bed but it was definitely a double.
There was mould in the bathroom and no soaps for us to use, only two packets of shampoo.
The aircon was not the best but did the job.
Lots of places throughout the hotel that need a touch up, it’s very old and has had barley any work done.
The entire place has an odd smell of dust and other stuff and I couldn’t stop sneezing the whole time.
Everything was cheap, TV was cheap, towels were cheap, pillow covers were cheap.
But, the staff were lovely and helpful.
The location is very good.
The hotel is beautiful on the outside.
The bed was very comfy.
I have to say that the staff of this apartment is really nice, very patient and impeccable.
But as for the apartment itself, I want to give my honest evaluation:
First of all, the soundproofing effect is average, but fortunately the living area is relatively quiet.
The apartment itself is relatively old. I found that the water switch in the bathtub is a pull and push type, and it is not closed tightly, which will waste water. In addition, the room is very dry. I got up at night because of dry mouth and drank water. I didn’t turn on the air conditioner at that time, and I don’t know why. The suggestion is to boil the kettle and humidify it.
In terms of facilities, I found a mobile vending machine at the door. I wanted to buy a can of Coke but found that the machine could not be used because the coins would fall out directly from the change outlet below after I put them in. At this time, another local came over and told me not to use this machine. She put 20 cash in to buy a box of instant noodles, and she didn’t return the money.
