Firstly staff were very friendly and helpful, could not be faulted. Complained that internet was down, moved rooms but problem did not improve. Needed to sit in reception or in yard to check mails etc. Pool was closed but on last day attempts were being made to clean it so possibly will be opened in near future. It is a motel, so for those in a car probably very convenient, but if no car location not ideal as there is a fair walk to shops, Tram etc. All in all a good 11 day stay.

Was a lovely place to stay. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Melbourne. Clean , staff were lovely , security parking . Easy access to local coffee shops. Highly Recommended

There is no hairdryer or soap, and they check the cleaning when you leave.
There is a Novotel right next door, and the exterior is the same and the view is the same.
Good value for money!
The location is a bit out of the way, but it is next to the tram.
Rather, you can see the rural life park of Australian residents, so it is healing.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my 3 children.
Check-in was quick and smooth, with a complimentary litre of milk.
Pool and spa quite spacious - spa was perfect temperature.
There's an outdoor playground as well as an indoor playground, table tennis, giant chess, giant connect 4, kids TV area, outdoor cinema, adults TV area and gym.
Amenities, laundry, and camp kitchen were all clean as easily accessible.
There's a Woolworths just down the road.

This hotel may not be known to many Melbourne people. It was converted from an old prison. The hotel also provides a swimming pool and you can visit some old rooms before the prison. There is an Italian restaurant across the street from the hotel, which tastes good.

A relatively new Gongyu hotel, 20 minutes drive from the airport, surrounded by developed businesses, the room balcony has a beautiful view of the CBD, except that the air conditioning is slightly poor in heating, everything else is good, the bed is very comfortable and clean, the windows are well soundproofed

In general, it is not bad, that is, the hotel does not provide slippers. It is not available in some hotels in Australia. The supermarket is quite convenient. The supermarket does not sell slippers. I ran a few places before I bought it. Summer's summer drag and drop
