Location of the hotel is near the Domestic Airport. There’s complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the International Airport. It was very convenient for us since we arrived Brisbane after midnight, when it’s impossible to go into the city as Airtrain has already stopped service by then.

As a family of four we stayed here before a very early flight leaving out of the international airport. The first thing to note is this hotel is not at the international airport, if anything it is closer to the domestic. thankfully we had our car that we were driving to the international car park, otherwise the shuttle would have been a bit annoying. Secondly, this hotel is very nice, however, if travelling with small kids you may prefer next door at the Ibis, reason being, we arrived at dinner time & upon checking the menu in the restaurant found it to be not very kid friendly, would have been great if I was travelling with just my husband. So instead we walked next door to the Ibis - Cribb Island Beach Club restaurant. The food and general vibe was much better for children. Back to the room, it was fairly spacious with two double beds, the bathroom was in fair condition with all the amenities which meant we didn’t have to unpack everything & a wonderful big bath, also slippers & robes which was great. Overall a good stay.

They are all good, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. have to be aware of is: The distance from the airport still requires a taxi Only appointments to the airport, no pick-up, and reservations basically do not accept temporary changes. It ’s not a scheduled shuttle bus, but it ’s actually scheduled for you. If you need sensitive sleep

Stayed in a family room. very slight minor problem with the room, which management fixed immediately, The booking process was excellent. Initially we booked online thru an overseas booking group. We were quoted over $800 for a 2 bedroom apartment for two nights. A quick call to reception at the hotel, and the price dropped to $500. Rooms were clean, tidy, fully self contained and parking was easy. The restaurant, (which had ”not so good” Trip Advisor, reviews) was very good and reasonably priced. We were advised that there had been a change in management of the restaurant. Altogether a good stay and would not hesitate to stay there again

It is close to the pier (the pier to Dolphin Island) and the airport. It is about 8 kilometers away. There is a toll-free number for taxis at the pier, which is hung on the outer wall of the ticket office. 1, the motel facilities are very complete, microwave ovens, plates, refrigerators, etc., you can buy food to heat yourself in the room to eat, or eat in the restaurant at the door, the room is relatively clean, if the towel can be replaced with traditional The white is even better. 2, the front desk is at the entrance of the yard, and the restaurant is linked. The aunt of the reception is also very easy-going. She can help her to call a taxi. There are no buses or subways around. The room is in the back yard, two small buildings, very quiet. In addition to sandwiches, there are chicken and beef rice in the restaurant. 3, around the hotel, a shop with a gas station can buy instant noodles, fried chicken legs and other food. 4, the first time I stayed at the motel, I feel very good, the sanitation and facilities of the room are similar to the domestic Star Hotel. 5, the appearance is the same as the hotel picture.

I had to move out from the original hotel I stayed due to fully-booked. Since my flight is at 9:00 am, so I thought staying close to the airport would be good since I would not need to wake up early. Searched in Google Map for hotels near the airport and decided to stay at Prince of Wales Hotel mainly because it was reasonably priced with many cafes/eateries nearby. Arrived at the hotel around 6:30pm tired and hungry, but was told that the room booked had already been taken up by mistake. The lady in-charged was quick to offer an upgrade (no more studio room) with free dinner because the room needed time to be cleaned/tidied up. We ended up in a 2-room suites and the dinner was great! But we had to change room the next day after they had vacated the original studio room that I booked. For all the trouble the hotel gave me a 5% refund. Though I experienced some inconveniences, I applaud the way they handled the situation, and I actually felt that they respected their hotel guests. The studio room is quite small with attached toilet & bathroom. Unlike the 2-room suites facing the main road was quite noisy, this room at the back was quieter. The fixtures were aged. All the hotel rooms are on 1st floor with no lift. We were given 2 keys, one for the room and one for the entrance downstairs. We stayed 2 nights and left around 6:00am, just dropped the keys at the box next to the entrance. We pre-ordered Uber and it got here right on time and it took about 10min to get to the airport. Overall I feel that it is a good choice for overnight stay especially for early flight if you don't mind carrying your luggage up/down the stairs and having small size room (Studio).

Excellent shower pressure. Plenty of parking. Didn’t have any power to the room so had to request it (apparently it frequently trips). Nowhere to put luggage. Common areas were very grubby. Very convenient to airport and airport parking companies.

We originally booked into the Novotel on a premium king room rate paying $319 to include breakfast. This was booked incorrectly due to some glitch in their booking system - which meant I couldn’t stay there at the time I wanted to and I was given a credit to use at another time. We used this credit last night and when checking in we were told we could park downstairs. No mention anywhere of cost. We went to our room and upon showering at around 11:30 - our shower was blocked and wouldn’t drain. We had to call front desk and at midnight nearly had to change rooms so we could shower. Came down in the mornign to have our buffet breakfast that we paid for - and we’re told that we weren’t on the list and couldn’t have breakfast without paying again. Off to reception and point out that not only did we actually already pay for breakfast in our original booking but pointed out that we have paid $319 for our room and right now on the website you can pay $310 for the same room WITH breakfast included. The manager Teresa was extremely unhelpful and told us that there’s nothing to be done about it. We would have to just wait to talk to reservation team in an hour. We decided to check out and leave. Still nothing mentioned about parking and yet when I go to exit the car park I was asked to pay $25 to validate parking! Absolutely unacceptable service. We should have been comped breakfast straight away as ANY one can see we clearly paid a rate that matches breakfast and it’s not OUR fault that Novotel lost track of it and didn’t book the follow up room properly. I travel for work multiple times a month and I will never recommend a Novotel again for either business or personal use.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very elegant. Check-in was smooth. Comes with breakfast. The location is very good.

There is a parking lot, the location is good, there is a big shopping mall next to it, and there is an Asian supermarket. It is very convenient to eat and drink. It is very close to the airport, but it is not noisy. The breakfast is milk coffee bread taken from the room.
