What an utterly terrible experience! Such a tired and grotty hotel. Walls marked, skirting boards virtually falling apart from damage. Carpets torn in multiple places. Air conditioner that roars all night, yet completely inefficient at managing the room temperature! Bathroom a long way short of clean (I don’t want to know whatever that was on the floor). Shower over bath! Hello, the 1970’s want their bathroom back! Every meal, and unfortunately I had to endure several, as I was attending an in house conference, was cold, incomplete and tasteless. The restaurant staff (when you could find them) didn’t even know the very basics of service. The conference facilities were equally terrible, with chairs so uncomfortable it left most participants crippled in pain! I would pay money to NEVER have to go there again!
Excellent apartment, very clean and comfortable, one of the best we've stayed in. Had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Bed really comfortable. Servicing of the apartment was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to local shops and excellent restaurants. Would highly recommend the Punthill.
The hotel does not have an elevator. It is a traditional old hotel. There are many business meetings. The room is clean and spacious. It is not far from the subway. It is far from the city. There is free self-driving parking, which is convenient.

The location of the hotel is quiet and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Within 10 minutes drive to the Castle Tower shopping center, not far from the Hills Showground subway station, satisfied!
Quest Hotels have always been a good choice for me when staying away. Hotel staff were lovely and helpful and attentive. We had everything we needed for our trip. Overall it was a lovely and pleasant stay.
Cleanliness is very important to all the hotels and accommodation. because it can cause diseases. Dust comming from the fan and air-conditioning when it's running. I show cockroaches coming through the gaps on the walls. Specially the noise from the doors and air-conditioning need to be replaced. But although I realised this is how we all end it up if we after economy room. Management is very friendly but need more attention of cleanliness and maybe it's time to do renovations.
Thanks
The room feels similar to Atour in China. We made an appointment to return the car to Sydney's Circular Quay at 12 noon the next day. If we check in nearby, the parking fee will be more than 600 yuan per night, which is not cost-effective, so I chose the Mercure in Rouse Hill, which is also a chain hotel. It costs more than 900 per night without breakfast. Parking here is free. It is only about 50 minutes' drive from Circular Quay. It feels like a large residential area around Sydney, and it is all exclusive. A villa with a very good environment. Next to the hotel is a super large restaurant with N entrances where you can order food in different areas. They are all connected and the consumption is not expensive. There is also an AlDI supermarket next to the hotel, so even if There is no breakfast, you can walk to the supermarket to buy something to eat which is also very good
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend and I, despite multiple changes to our staying dates. Cameron in particular was extremely welcoming and hospitable. Upon arrival the staff offered to take my friend's suitcase up to our room and when we asked, provided us with a microwave and toaster! Our room was well equipped and very clean. Although the hotel's location appears to be far from the city, we had no problem catching trains to and from the hotel. Even trains with limited stops will stop at Westmead station
Very Good
