Convenient for price and location.
Apartment itself was strange, windows were not low enough to easily see out towards the harbour. Had to stand up and peer out to see anything. Positively, apartment was a good size and with a decent kitchen. Decor of the room was cheap and not well designed, just practical I guess.
Lift system is so high tech that it’s confusing, we booked two rooms and the second room was on a different floor which we couldn’t easily get to, as keys only give access to one particular floor. I feel that was poor planning on the hotels behalf, if we book two rooms, they should at least try and make them on the same floor. It made the stay for parents a bit stressful as they felt trapped on their floor.
Check in process took soo long, only two staff working and waited for almost 20 minutes to get to the front of the queue. Staff didn’t appear to be trying to hurry the process. In saying that we came down an hour or so later to try and sort out access to each others rooms, and there was now 5 staff members and very happy to help, much more efficient than earlier.
The price of the room was the main draw card of staying here, I probably wouldn’t stay again. It’s very close to main motorway, not really easily walkable to locations like Luna Park and North Sydney restaurants.
The room is ok, we are the hotel at 8 o'clock in the evening. But there was no one at the front desk, only the envelope was left, and there was an introduction to our keys and a room. Had to press the call, the voice of an old man, can not tell the words, exchanged for a long time and finally successfully checked in. Wi-Fi is not free, it’s horrible. Fortunately, I have my own portable Wi-Fi. There is still time to take a taxi to see the light show of the opera house. Take a taxi to the opera house and it will look like a dozen Australian dollars.
Stay for 4 days and let cleaning cost 25 knives. Free for 7 days. Later I used my own mattress. Check out the next day. So no more cleaning. Dozens of knives an hour in Australia, considerate. Great location, quiet and comfortable. Public toilets and bathrooms are clean and tidy. There are dryers, washing machines, 2 knives into coins at a time. The large refrigerator refrigerates its own things, and the kitchen supplies are all in it. You can make and buy food yourself. Toothpaste slippers come with a small towel. Live next time. Within 90 nights, great value. The front desk staff can speak Cantonese or Mandarin. There is no elevator and the big luggage moves by itself. There are several toilets, bathrooms, shared, all in one Lou. Careful choice of going to the bathroom at night.

Although the hotel is not located in the CBD, the transportation and environment are very good, and it is quiet in the bustling city.
Transportation: Turn left and walk to the intersection for about 3 minutes to the newly built subway station Victoria Cross. This station is very large. It is very convenient to go anywhere from the north exit of the hotel. There are also buses nearby.
Eating: There is a commercial street nearby with many restaurants.
Shopping: There is a Woolworths supermarket 5-10 minutes walk nearby.
Attractions: It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to Luna Park and the camera position opposite the Sydney Opera House. In the end, the most film-making locations are all here.
There is also a stop here if you want to take the ferry.
Hotel: The hotel is newly renovated, the bedding is very comfortable, and the hygiene is also good. The one-bedroom and one-living room we booked is very large and has kitchen equipment. There is a laundry room upstairs in the hotel. You have to ask the front desk for washing powder.
The hotel staff is very friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock in the morning. The front desk checked that there was a room and checked us in.
The hotel guests are mainly business guests. Chinese probably live in the CBD. We only saw two Chinese on the last day.
Hotel breakfast: Western buffet
The view from the hotel is breathtaking. I wasn’t interested to go out from the hotel as the whole Sydney was infront of my window.
The photos can underestimate the wonderfulness of the views.
The breakfast was delicious.
The staff were friendly.
Quite and nice.
I will choose it again if I visit Sydney in future.
Amazing hotel! I loved the room and the facilities provided (gym and launderette). Easy distance from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and chemists.
Really clean and comfort based.
The only thing that disappointed me was that had I booked a premier studio room (hoping that’s the correct term) with a harbor view but was allocated a room with no view (city or harbor) upon check-in. Had to request for a different room and the staff were happy to reallocate but I believe the room was a less expensive one (since I lost the premier studio facilities) and was not offered any refunds for that.
We were at the Sydney Harbour National Park and went to the hotel. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic when we checked in. We told us how to go to restaurants and supermarkets nearby, but they got off work at 7 pm and used it after going out. The key opens the door. The door locks, switches and window styles in the room are very retro, the public bathroom is very clean and has no odor, and it can also be bathed inside. Although there are many other guests in the building, the room is soundproof. Foreign hotels generally do not charge a deposit. Since we had to catch the plane on the second day, we got up at 4 in the morning and put the key in the staff window when we left the store.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel – truly a wonderful place. The unlimited bread and tea offered a comforting touch to my experience. The service was exceptionally nice, making my stay memorable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The bathroom amenities, including good shampoo and conditioner, added to the overall positive impression. Lastly, the hotel’s strategic location near a bus stop made it convenient for travel. Highly recommended!
very convenient location at north sydney, short Uber ride to CBD or Darling Harbour. Staff professional, pleaseant and friendly. very convenient food court downstairs and good variety of food in in house restaurant & cafe. lovely outdoor pool area, sunny and private.
