A bit disappointed that Trip.com didn’t give you the option to claim NSW vouchers.
Landmark Resort provide excellent customer service, best I had ever experienced. Sam was amazing on our arrival and very helpful. Floors were sticky from soap residue, she came up within 10 minutes to wipe over tiles with clean water. Later that evening, she came up again to help me with the turning on the stove.
Apartment was immaculate and well designed for a small 1 bedroom. Comfortable and modern. Lots of double PowerPoints to plug in your own devices. Beautiful view off the balcony. Excellent fast wifi. Great pool and games room (air hockey with ability to team up with a partner - 4 players, plus other games).
Negatives:
1. Kitchen - No oven. Could add scissors, wooden spoon and smaller sized pan. Strange to have a huge fry pan to cook for 2 people, and on a small stove top. Also would recommend replacing Tefal type plans as they can become a health hazard when old.
Bathroom - Shower head could do with an upgrade to handheld as the fixed one is small, and only wets just below shoulders, plus splashes everywhere. We made good use of the spa bath. Square toilet seats aren’t comfortable.
Iron is very cheap and old. Dirt was coming out of the holes underneath and water kept spilling out of it.
The room is large and very close to the beach. But the washing machine and dryer are very dirty and can't be used. The apartment is not cheap, 3700 for a three bedroom night. It's hard to accept that the price of the room is so bad.

Actually this is a good apartment..i booked the 2 bedrooms apartment..but the problem is they didn't make it clear on the description for how many people can stay in this 2 bedrooms apartment..how can they wrote it only for 2 person while they have 4 beds?? But overall this is a good place..
The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops.
Check in was a bit odd, had to go into the pub to get my key, but the room was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and modern, absolutely loved it!!
Checking out was easy, just locked the door and popped the key in the checking out box.
Car park has limited spaces so can be a bit difficult.
But overall we were very happy with the accommodation.
Very good tourist station. One small house, and a children's bunk. There is a small living room, a small kitchen, etc. Very suitable for permanent residence. The location is also very good! In short, it is recommended!
The hotel is great. I booked a one-bedroom room with a sea view. The view and facilities in the room were perfect. The kitchen is big enough, with all the pots and pans available. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the nearby woolworth supermarket to buy some food and eat it yourself when you come back. It is very cost-effective. Red wine glasses and champagne glasses are provided. The bathroom is also very large and spacious. In addition, sitting on the balcony in the evening, blowing the sea breeze and drinking some wine, is full of petty bourgeoisie. I will choose this hotel again next time I come. It takes 3-5 minutes to drive to the pier for going out to sea, and the transportation is extremely convenient.
