Find the Cheap Moama Hotels

We recently stayed the the maidens inn in a 'standard' cabin. This was below standard and more like a budget cabin shoved to the back of the park. It was a bit disappointing to arrive to a cabin full of flies (im assuming that the cleaner had left the door wide open while cleaning prior to our arrival) and a ridiculous amount of big black spiders throughout the cabin. There were no baking trays or baking dishes to use in the oven. The park itself was relatively nice and plenty for the kids to do. I recommend taking bikes/scooters to get around on as it is a huge walk around the caravan park if you aren't staying close by to the pool/splash park.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom spa cabin, the top of the range at this park. We very much enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the upscale of many of the facilities, compared to regular van park cabins. Pros: • Quiet location • Well located (apart from having an actual river view, everywhere is identically located, you have to get in your car to go most places anyway) • Spacious cabin • Comfortable beds with fresh new linen • Excellent shower, great pressure • Excellent well-kept grounds, lovely green grass, resident ducks • Our cabin had a personal BBQ on the deck • 6-seater setting on the deck • Up-market kettle and toaster, very good • Full size over • Reliable hot water • Good blinds • Spacious parking space • Friendly proprietors • Short walk to the RSL for meals • Good sofas • Spotlessly clean on arrival • Our arrival was well prepared for, there was already a map with our location in the park circled, and keys ready etc in a package ready to go. Air conditioner was already on in the cabin when we arrived. Starter milk with tea and coffee • Boom gate access Cons: • Bathroom had no obvious place to put your clean clothes while you shower • Lots of permanent residents in the park (not sure why this is a ‘con’ actually, just was a bit of a surprise. Everywhere is well kept) • Wifi not fast but fine for emails and ordinary web sites. Had to use mobile hotspot to watch videos Overall a great stay, highly recommended.

It's a nice place to visit, though from outside it looks very dull, especially the cabins however inside they have all facilities, so kudos to the team. Kangaroos wallaby's moving around, you have pool, mini golf, basket ball and tennis court and also small waterpark but more for toddlers only.. for a weekend break its a good place sit in balcony enjoy the nature, watch kids in pool or walk or play around. Also not far from shops and restaurants in case u dont want to cook, so overall nice break.

Recently I stayed here for work... one night only. The location is so easy to find and it's easy walking distance to everywhere in Moama. The outside looks really appealing.., and first impressions were good. The layouts of the rooms was as expected ...clean and neat. There is a small kitchenette inside. A spa in the bathroom. So what appeals and what does not??? Cleanliness ✅ Location ✅ Shower pressure ✅ Kitchenette ❎ Mattress and pillows ❎ The shower pressure was great... the spa was a good size. The kitchenette... interesting! I was supplied with breakfast which burnt because I didn't check the setting on a toaster, assuming it would not be set to burn... and of course the smoke alarm went off because it got quite dark. And it went off again because there is no where for the smoke to dissipate to and no fan. The bed... well the linen was reasonable but the mattress was quite firm and the pillows were ordinary. So I slept out of exhaustion but it was not a good nights sleep. Value for this location is as expected.

Was quite excited to be coming here for a night for a couples get away. Upon “trying to” enter the room the door lock was broken and this took us a few minutes to figure out, we almost called the front desk - but got there! Upon entering it was pretty nice, but not as great as a “presidential suite” should be! Other than the steps to the spa I’m assuming all other rooms are the same just cheaper? The bed was quite comfortable, however heater was too hot, then turned off it got cold quickly. Nice thought with the gas log fire though but no way to turn it up or down. Unfortunately the fridge didn’t keep our food or drinks cold :-/ … we went to the Roman baths and the floors were saturated, however they were good. We did want to have a massage pampering session but we’re told they were fully booked out to people (that weren’t even staying a night)? Um… ok but what about your overnight guests? Those that pay to come here for that experience? Not really good enough isn’t that the point? They’ve obviously outsourced their massage and pampering services to people who aren’t guests at the hotel to make some extra $ cause they have a few things here to fix up! On the outside and upon first coming it’s lovely and exciting but you quickly realise that it’s not what it seems. An adults only “retreat” yea but no food, no room service, no restaurant even though it states that it has one! And we noticed a big “for sale” sign on the front gate - so that explains a lot! We would come again, $299 was a good price to pay for a “presidential suite” or their version of one anyway! Bath bombs and champagne was “complimentary” BUT the candle isn’t!!! It’s $35!!! Doesn’t have a scent (we couldn’t smell it anyway) and is mixed in with the “complimentary” items??? Deceiving much! Overall had a nice time but disappointed there’s not accommodations like appointments saved and offered to guests for spa treatments, room service or even a continental breakfast? Would probably come again IF it sells and the new owners vamp the place up cause it’s just an old icon wasting away with the “impression” that it’s an adults only full spa resort experience when it’s not.

We decided on a road trip to Victoria and landed on Echuca as our destination. I set about seeking accommodation for my husband and Mum for 3 nights. We were so pleased we chose to stay here in one of the Riverfront Cabins. So clean. Everything new and so well appointed. Well positioned with shade on the verandah in the afternoon, so it was the perfect spot to enjoy the amazing views over the river. Best cabin I've ever stayed in!
