After we made the booking at eight willows iconic room no 2, we managed to get an extention till 11am check out via email. On our arrival, staff verbally confirmed 1 hour extension till 12 noon checkout on condition after calling and confirming 2 hours prior of checkout. On the day of check out we called up the reception at 10am which was addressed by the accomadation manager who refused to give a late checkout and asked us to leave by 10am. I made her clear the email confirmation for 11 am checkout and later a verbal confirmation for 12 noon checkout, which she refused to grant and insited to leave at 10.15am. A family of 2 adult 2 kids cannot make up a checkout within that 15 minutes which I insisted, as a result she granted another 15 minutes. She was very rude from the initial conversation itself and kept insisting what she said earlier. We were really impressed with the resort, rooms, location and 1st day of service from the reception. Our experience was ruined just b'coz of the accomadation manager' s unacceptabl conversation.

We stayed here 30 years and although the property has changed owners since then, it was just as delightful and welcoming and you are both fantastic hosts. The breakfast is not only delicious but also Pam takes dietry requirements - if she is informed beforehand which goes without saying. The rooms are generous in size (we had the King Room), a very comfortable bed and armchairs. A couple of plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery a toaster and water kettle. Everything is there. We stayed for 4 nights as there is so much to do and explore in the area. Once again a big Thank you!

Just spent a fabulous 4 nights at Karriview Lodge. So peaceful, green and clean. Hosts Richard and Helen go out of their way to make your stay as special as possible. Attention to detail is is evident everywhere. Breakfast and meals were lovely. Chalets so cosy, warm and clean. It was hard to drag myself away from Karriview and venture out, but the drives around the local area were worth it. Beautiful forest, farm, vineyard and sea views surround Gracetown. If you are looking for a little piece of heaven to destress, relax, clear the mind, slow down and appreciate how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful state, then Karriview, Richard, Helen and their staff are the best way to achieve it! Already booked to return for another 4 nights and sorry not sharing the name of the Chalet I stayed in as I want to keep it a secret so it doesn't get too booked up! 😉😁 Thank you Richard and Helen for sharing your little piece of paradise. Dragged the caravan (The anchor)out of mothballs after 12 years and decided on Busselton for our test run from Perth. An easy cruise along the highway with no big hills or tiny, bendy roads. 2 adults. Powered, ensuite site. 5 nights Chose RAC Caravan Park Busselton for the ideal location (and member discount). It's only 10 minutes from Busselton township for regular shopping stuff. We've stayed at Busselton previously so didn't need to be close to tourist stuff. The location made the trip to Margaret River and other South West tourist spots that bit closer and quicker when driving. The park itself was ideal. Off peak season so it wasn't crowded. Of the ammenities we used, they were all kept well maintained and clean,tidy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Loss of Hot water was quickly resolved with a gas tank change. There seems to be lots of stuff to keep kids occupied. Hint.. if you book an ensuite site, they are all reverse in parking. Ask for an even number. This puts your caravan door next to the ensuite door

Have stayed here several times and loved it , this time we booked 3 nights in October. The first night no hot water, phoned after hours number left a message with no joy. At 11:30 pm fire alarm sounded so the whole apartment block evacuated. At midnight no one came so one quest phoned the police. Some 15 minutes later the manager arrived 10 minutes after him the fire brigade arrived 1 hour after the original alarm. Next morning I and a few guests met at reception to ask why the response was so slow, the manager almost immediately accused one lady guest of using poor language towards him the night before which she denied and the CEO of seashells agreed with her after viewing CCTV. Then the lady in reception became involved and told the guests to all leave the reception. All the guests wanted to know was why it took so long for the manager and the fire brigade which is based in Dunsborough (which is 8 kilometres away) to respond. We love the accommodation and setting here but this stay was soured by the management attitude towards their paying guests.

1. Check-in was very fast, it only took 15 minutes to find the check-in front desk. If you are staying at this hotel, drive outside and only see the entrance of the restaurant when you come in. Go in from the restaurant and ask the waiter and they will direct you to the front desk! 2. The facilities are not the latest but they are very stylish. The corridor before entering the room is beautifully decorated, and the room is also very unique and clean. The restaurant downstairs does not disturb the accommodation area at all. The hot water is great. There is a heater. 3. Breakfast is provided, you must eat it, it is very delicious! It can be eaten for lunch, it tastes better than many outside restaurants🥹🥹 4. The environment is great, and you can ask the store in advance when there will be activities. We only passed by for one night, and when we left, we found out that there was a music festival the night before🥹🥹 It is a store that includes food, accommodation and entertainment. I will definitely do it next time I have the opportunity. Would go again!
