Great service, the team here is so lovely and helpful! Loved our time here with the spacious room which has awesome ac. The breakfast buffet has a great variety and is delicious. Swimming in the pool is great fun paired with their sun chairs. They have fast room service. The bar and restaurant downstairs is super handy for when you need a meal :) overall great experience and we would book again!

The location of the hotel is okay. If you are not traveling by car, it is very convenient to take the bus. In addition, the room is also suitable for cooking and has a full set of kitchen utensils. The bad thing is that the sofa looks too dirty and smells bad, and the quilt on the bed looks old and unclean.

This is located in Mermaid Cafe. I came to Gold Coast to attend a conference and stayed in Broadbeach area. I had a early morning flight from Gold Coast and wanted to spend the last night a little more nearer to airport. But found this place cozy and near to another beach. It was conveniently located near Tamborine Street bus stop from where you can take Bust # 777 to reach airport. Restaurants with seafood and other options are very near. Mermaid beach is also easily accessible from Camden Motor Inn. Reception was very helpful and check-in was smooth. She also printed my flight boarding pass upon my request. It seemed the facilities are not so good as they hanged the message that their pool was not heated and laundry was out of order. But when I got into my room, I found it was quite good. Spacios bedroom, comfortable and clean bed, nicely arranged kitchen made a very good impression to me. The stay was nice and well worth the price I paid for.

Very convienient place to stay. Pacific fair and tram and bus stops close by ver helpful carried our bags upstairs for us as we are elderly.

Room was clean, adequate hot water for shower. Small problem with road upgrade for light rail- some noisy roadworks done overnight. Won't be forever.

If you can't check in by 18:00, you can tell me the location of the key by email! Early check-out was also very smooth just by locking the key in the post! The room and the water were beautiful, and there were two small sweets and water, which was very good! I was able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes from the motel, so it was nice to be able to walk in the morning!

The hotel environment is pretty good, the swimming pool is good for kids, and there is the largest shopping mall on the Gold Coast across the road, but the service is very average. It’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay.
