Arrived late ( like 10pm), there was no one at the reception, the whole lobby was empty, I couldn’t get any help but yell out loud “ is anyone home?”, someone came out from the back after I yelled at least 30 sec, both receptionist and security guard, not good enough.

Location is perfect..the St.James station is about 5 min walk only..shops are all around the hotel.
The breakfast spread was good but one thing they should improve is they should have more Halal options available.

The resort is not the newest, but is a good deal if taking into account the entry to theme parks. Parking at the front can sometime be a problem. You can go through the walkway, which is through the giftshop, to get to the themepark.
Water park and pool can be cold in the morning due to low water temprature. Wifi is good accross the resort.
The room itself is nice with most view to the garden. However, the quality of cleaning is not to the standard yet, stains on bedsheet. I faced bedbugs in my beds that bite my kids and myself badly. Have given a separate review to the hotel.

Got an upgraded room which had amazing views from the 53 floor
Kitchen is well equipped, pools are lovely and location is close to glink so you can leave the car in the parka Fe
We also used lime bikes to cruise over to main beach and beyond

We had a lovely stay at the Woodroff Hotel with mummy last night. Only flaw is that Netflix and YouTube weren't working on the TV, but that's no big deal.
The view was lovely since we were on the highest floor and the location was quiet but convenient as we were able to walk to the Australia Fair shopping centre the next morning. Highly recommend!
