The staff was kind. I think the hotel restaurant is not bad, so I am satisfied. The room was clean and tidy.

The hotel is well located close to the shopping precinct of Belconnen. A walk to Westfield took only 15 minutes, and it is only a short drive to eateries, the University of Canberra and GIO Stadium. We chose this hotel for its location. Our bed was comfy, the shower was hot and bathroom facilities were okay except there is very little benchspace. Service was fairly good, except when our card wouldn't work in the entry door to the wing where our room was located. Luckily reception was open. Some of the carpark was not accessible due to materials being stored there! The electric jug wasn't working properly but they did get us another one straight away. Overall, quite an enjoyable stay. One other thing, which I assume was no fault of the hotel, the fire alarm rang and we had to evacuate in the early hours of the morning, but it wasn't a cold frosty night!!

Conveniently located. Supermarkets just around the block. Friendly staff and well-designed rooms. I was impressed with the ease with which we can connect to the Wi-Fi network and the TV. We didn't have any issues with the internet as we could watch live sports without any troubles!

I came here for the second time. The price is really affordable. The layout of the room is reasonable, the restaurant downstairs is delicious, and it is just a stone's throw away from Woolies.

The environment is very good, the front desk service of the first reception is also good. Proactively helped us solve many problems. And told us that we can check out at 2 pm, we can have more rest meetings the next day, so we have a conference call after the check-in day, but the door is knocking from 8:00 to 12:00 the next day. The attitude is extremely bad. I have been explaining to the front desk the next day that the hotel told us that we can check out at 2pm. The new front desk still asks me to pay another day's room rate. Spending money is a trivial matter, but the attitude determines my impression of the hotel. Many hotels in Australia have a very good service attitude, but this one is very disappointing.

Hotel location📍   We drove at 8 o'clock in the morning in Sydney. We stayed in the zoo in Canberra for about 5 hours. We drove in from the entrance. On the left is Jamala's signboard. It is good to park directly in the parking lot without taking a ticket.   Jamala is not in downtown Canberra, but Canberra is only a 10 minute drive to the city. If you want to live for a few more days in Canberra, I wouldn’t recommend it because of Canberra’s political attractions. There is a grandmother who needs to be taken care of by a wheelchair. The hotel and the zoo's overall barrier-free facilities are very comprehensive. Very smooth and happy~   At 4 o'clock we can finally go back to the room to rest! We live in a giraffe room, two people live in a long lemur room, and the giraffe room has a room at 4 o'clock. The administrator has a giraffe to take pictures. The giraffe room can see giraffes and deer, lemur rooms, The lemur is just outside the glass window of the room, and it’s especially cute to see people coming over and selling! We can also see the lion on the window terrace of the No. 2 lemur house. The hotel is open at 6 o'clock~ These two hours are free activities, and the zoo can visit the aquarium. I like this place. Amazing place and affordable. I recommend everyone to try this this place. I like to come this place again. Access to KFC and other amenities. This is the first hoteling in Canberra and thanks its good experience. So i can recommend others you can chose this over other hotels. Recommend 10 Service 10 Accessibility 10 Surrounding 10

This motel is very good and you can prepare your own meals inside. We went to the supermarket and bought all the ingredients, and then my son made a delicious meal.

lovely room and view. Would have been good if there were 2 extra single blankets in the room instead of 1 queen size quilt. We had 2 single beds. Would be better to have a separate light for the kitchen area instead of having to light up the whole area when only kitchen is needed. Crockery and cutlery and refrigerator were adequate for our needs as was the TV service and reception. We did not purchase breakfast as the price is a bit high for 2 seniors. Perhaps we could share that meal if possible.

Accommodation was showing signs of wear and tear. Rubbish was not emptied. Repairs not effected in the room. Supplied bathroom plug did not fix sink or bathtub. The hair conditioner bottle was empty so not checked. Bed lamp didn’t work. Air conditioner was substandard in our room. On a positive note, the bed was comfortably
